My new favourite hotel in Eskisehir
Pros:

I had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay at the Merlot Hotel. It is very conveniently situated for the Cassaba complex, which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay, and even allowed me a late check out.
It was my first time staying at the Merlot but it will not be my last!

Sigaralı Sigarasız ayrımına dikkat!
Pros:

Girişte bana da benden önceki iki müşteriye de sigarasız çift kişilik yataklı oda olmadığını ama istersek tek kişilik iki yataklı oda veya sigaralı çift kişilik bir oda verebileceklerini söylediler.
Sonradan fark ettim ki rezervasyinda sigaralı sigarasız oda seçeneği yokmuş herhalde.
Sonuçta bana gelmeyen bir müşterinin çift kişilik yataklı sigarasız odasını verdiler. Çünkü ilk odayı beğenmemiştim.

Pros:

Twin beds convert to the French bed but the receptionist didn't tell this detail. Also, my reservation price is 4180, 48 TRY but they received 4184, 42 I asked Mr. Umut who is the receptionist couldn't explain the difference. As a housekeeping wonderful but front office services were bad.

Aile olarak 1 gece konakladık, temizlik oldukça iyidi. Sigara içilmeyen oda özellikle talep etmiştik ve telefonla iletişime geçip teyip almıştım. Oda da hiç koku yoktu. Çalışanlar kibar ve yardımcıydı. Park ücretsiz ve geniş araç park alanı var.

En güzel yönlerinden biri, restrorana direkt erişim yoldan çok yorgun gelmiştik yemeği direkt aşağıda yedik.

Harbiye restoranı da mutlaka tavsiye ederim. Köfte eşime çok baharatlı geldi. Garson durumu fark edip, yemeği ücretsiz istediği başka bir yemekle değiştirmeyi teklif etti. İsterseniz balık restorantından bile yemek getiriyorlar.

Buon 4 stelle. Ottima colazione. Camere confortevoli, dotate di caffè e the. Una bottiglietta acqua al giorno.
Alcuni dettagli (ascensore pulito ma NON tirato a lucido, box doccia non lindo e un tappetone rosso in plastica che accompagna all’ingresso principale dell’albergo) potrebbero essere migliorati per non lasciare al cliente la sensazione di leggero abbandono.
