dinheiro jogado fora pois não nos devolveram o pagamento e não ficamos no hotel

Nem posso avaliar equipe, café da manhã, etc pois não consegui ficar no hotel. O quarto era horrível, um cheiro de mofo simplesmente insuportável. Não tinha como passar uma noite sem ficar doente. Saimos (eu e a colega, dos dois quartos) porém nos foi informado que nao poderiam cancelar a cobrança pois a reserva era "sem reembolso". Eu apenas reservei pois a avaliação do Booking era ótima...agora já sei que não posso contar com isso :(

Muita demora nos elevadores, fica parando em todos os andares sem ter ninguém para entrar. Os vasos sanitários muito baixos, foi problemático para idosos usarem. Pratos do restaurante grandes e deixam a desejar na qualidade
