NO BREAKFAST, ICE, IRON, LUGGAGE CART, KEY CARD HAD TO KEEP BEING REPROGRAMMED, WINDOWS WERE ROTTEN AND FRAMES CAME APART WHEN OPENED, HOT WATER IN SINK TOOK FOREVER, NO FITNESS ROOM, NO ELEVATOR, PILLOWS WERE FLAT AND HARD - IT'S A GOOD LOCATION, THE ONLY HOTEL IN PRENTICE BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE PLACE WAS HORRIBLE - GOOD LUCK TO YOU, HOPE YOU CAN GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT!

Should have gone a bit further down the road to find a place with real coffee and a restaurant around.
Pros:

Plenty of parking - small facility. Close to entrance/exit. The outside entrances did not smell like cigarette smoke or cannabis fortunately. Looked like they did sweep outside occasionally.

Cons:

No coffee in the morning / the desk told me the night before that they had coffee. Yes, there was a coffee pot on a table but not made up already - no water around to make it with. Only powdered creamer….decided to pass and stopped along the road for gas station coffee. Also, the room was not updated and smelled old and funky. Bedspread did not fit properly and was ripped.
