No se respeta lo que dice la publicidad, no incluye desayuno (se paga aparte), no hay wifi y no lo mencionan, al inicio dicen que el check out es a las 12 pm con 30 min de tolerancia para salir y el día de salida te escriben que la salida es a las 11:20 (una hora antes de lo que estaba descrito), no revisan que todo esté bien (no teníamos luz en la lámpara principal) mobiliario incompleto (somos 4) cocina solo había 3 bancos y en la terraza solo lugar para 2

Cabaña no tan limpia

La naturaleza del lugar

Cons:

La cabaña no estaba limpia, tenía detalles de que no se hizo el aseo correcto. Tome la escoba para barrer y salió bastante basura y bichos muertos como si no hubieran barrido bien. No teníamos Internet y el último día llevaron un módem a las 8pm y salíamos al día siguiente. La gerente no tiene tacto para tratar a los clientes es mejor empleada Natalia la de recepción ella si fue muy amable en contestar nuestras dudas, Natalie tiene todas las habilidades para ser la gerente ya que jamás se molesto por las cuestiones que tuvimos sino todo lo contrario fue muy amable. Las cabañas no son tan cómodas y no descansas porque se oye mucho ruido desde las motos qué pasan en la madrugada perros ladrando y por ser de madera rechina la parte del tapanco.

Pros:

the breakfast was decent. There was a lot of confusion with the actual booking. I was under the impression that I had booked and paid through Booking.com. When we got there I found out that the reservation had not been paid.
The staff didn't honor the price on Booking.com. I ended up paying quite a bit more.

Pros:

Cabanas far enough apart to feel private.we.had great time just sitting on the deck listening to the wind in the trees with great view of the town below.
Only 5 minutes to town makes it nice to be away but at same time close.
