Comfortable hotel and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress was so firm (like a brick). The room was extremely noisy like you were sleeping in a tent on the busy street. The TV screen was melted. Very overpriced for what we got. The only thing going for this hotel was it was clean and the staff were nice.

The hotel was very nice very clean wonderful rooms and it was an easy 15 minute walk to downtown and the night market and the beautiful promenade along the river!

Had a great day at the hotel and there was a wonderful coffee shop just a half a block away made beautiful coffee!

Nice environment

Erst hieß es, 300 Bath pro Roller am Tag. Nach 15 min kamen wir wieder zum bezahlen und es hieß plötzlich 400 Bath. Normalerweise zahlen wir immer 200-250 Bath. Keine Balkone oder Möglichkeiten für Raucher. Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich und es gab eine Liste im Zimmer, wo einem alles in Rechnung gestellt wird, was man alles benutzen darf, was Geld kostet…

Excellent hôtel, bien situé très propre et mérite ces trois étoiles

The mattresses are extremely extremely hard. Slept on carpet softer. The air con broke on 2nd night alerted staff straight away they said they’d fix it next day when maid cleaned room but didn’t so 2/3 days we had no air con and it was the main reason we booked with them as was good value for money. They provided fresh bottled water everyday and we froze ours in the freezer part of the fridge which was great. Bathrooms lovely.

The bed was very firm -like a 10 out of 10. Very nice stay overall. Coffee in the morning and hot water pot all day were very appreciated.

The mattress truly are rock hard, i believe management should consider addressing the problem as this makes the hotel uncomfortable to stay longer period, reading back a few comments other people had the same issue. To be fair we found the hotel clean the bathrooms are okay but no pressure nor hot water at night time when the rush hours are. We found the staff nice and accomodating, the area lacks any excitement 7-11 opposite, around the night market area is lively 15-20 mins walk for two nights it was okay

Det var prisvärt och trevligt med snäll personal. Nära att gå runt i centrum eller till hamnen men jag gick aldrig till stranden.

Die Räume sind sauber. Die Rezeption ist unwissend und gibt einem falsche Angaben. Airconditioner sind sehr veraltet

The hotel advertised breakfast available but it was not. Only coffee and cookies. There is a kabob stand in front that opens mid-day. The beds are hard as planks. Other than that it was good value for $. Not too long walk to river, food and markets. 7-11 across the street.
