Kn Aparthotel Panoramica Heights

My stay at this hotel was awful. The room was in terrible condition — damaged furniture, high humidity, and overall it felt more like an abandoned space than a proper hotel room. I was traveling with my 1-year-old daughter, and the broken furniture was even dangerous for her due to sharp edges. When I raised my concerns, the hotel staff told me this was “their standard,” which was unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.

Restaurant, Piscine

Positives - clean and basic, shower is great. Pool and bar are clean and friendly, lots of space to sunbathe. Ac in rooms were great.
Negative - sofa bed was really uncomfortable and noisy if sharing. Kitchen not up to much and fridge was really noisy at times. Food I found poor, chips were decent. Cheese on nachos was some sort of tube cold cheese, pizzas were fine. Do not eat there KFC original chicken, absolutely vile.

Overall, great for price, clean and friendly. Was good base as we drove, taxis required if travelling, although as a positive they were reasonably cheap

Bra lägenhetshotell med fantastisk utsikt ifrån aĺla balkonger/uteplatser. Vi bodde i en studio men hade en läcka i taket som vi upptäckte efter ett dygn men vi fick en ny större lägenhet samma dag. En liten nackdel är att om man ska åka in till centrum så är det lite för långt och brannt för att promenera. Vi hyrde bil så det var inget problem för oss. I mitt tycke saknades det lite köksutrustning om man vill laga sina egna måltider. Dock finns det kyl/frys/spis/mikro/brödrost som räcker rätt länge. Även det mindre minimarket på området användes några gånger. Det bästa var nog utsikten man hade ifrån lägenheten.

Pas très propre et le divan-lit très inconfortable

I was a bit skeptical after looking at reviews. But this hotel is great, it is a bit of a hike down to town but its €7 in a taxi for 4 of us, not alot really, and kinda enjoyed being away from the madness.. i also rented a car which was handy also..

Great place to relax and unwind

Too far from anything and have to scale a small mountain every time you want or return to the hotel.

The hotel doesn’t catch sun until the afternoon and the staff are extremely unhelpful

Apartments themselves are okay, the beds and aircon on the other hand are a different story, not what you want on a 2 week stay! Staff and facilities are good enough but it’s the rooms that let it down.

3 Bed Apartment was excellent, staff very friendly & helpful, pool cold, location too far from anywhere

Kun huoneesta reklamoitiin, hotelli myrkytti koko huoneen aineella joka otti keuhkoihin yli 2h päästä huoneeseen mennessä, päädyimme vaihtamaan hotellia oma kustanteisesti, älkää menkö tähän hotelliin, lisäksi huone ei ole mainoskuvien mukainen

Brilliant time, it was our 4th back to this hotel and we love it.

Top Lage, tolle Aussicht mit meerblick, toller Pool, alles sehr sauber, leider gab es kein frühstück und das restaurant war auch geschlossen.

Very comfortable apartment. Clean & spacious. Didn't use other facilities but pool area looked good.

A very nice facility with spectacular views. Hiring a car is a MUST as they are up on a hill. Reasonably priced, clean room, would recommend.

Wonderful views from the property! Disappointed the restaurant was closed (and not advertised when booking). The pool was nice, but absolutely freezing water temperature. The room was tidy but the pillows were yellow and a bit disgusting, there was water damage, ants and residue in the bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Overall it’s a nice place our room was a little tired beds a bit uncomfortable and shower room flooded because drain was blocked, reported to cleaner but nothing fixed. The views are great we enjoy long walks but prefer level ground walks. I booked fully aware of the hill but it did dominate our decision on what to do and when.
