Excellent
Pros:

This is my second stay. This hotel has everything u need and located at the heart of Batu Pahat. Love the sahur spread at RM25/ person. The A/C temperature is good throughout the night.

Cons:

Room was dated and a bit smelly. Some of the plugs or outlets seemed burnt. It’s not a 4 stars hotel.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable. I would stay here again when visiting Batu Pahat.
Pros:

It was clean, conveniently located and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was basic in some aspects, eg. no hand towel in the bathroom, and no metal teaspoons, only plastic stirrers.

Staff are friendly but facilities are urgently due for a complete makeover.

Location is good. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Internal fittings were old. Some wood chipping of the furniture were visible. They were very rigid when we asked for an extra towel. Mentioned that they do not give extra towels, only allowing one for one exchange. The room directory has also been torn and vandalized by children drawing on it but it was not replaced. Room fridge looks like it has not been cleaned for a long while. The water drainage cap of the bath tub is also rusty. Walking through the conference area to the swimming pool, you can smell a very strong musty smell which I hope it is not indicative of mold growth.

Room facility very old, the room i stay whole night got water drop sound very noise and the bathtub water couldn't go down. Bed Also not comfortable.
