Pros:

This is my go-to hotel every time in Batu Pahat. Rooms are comfy. Well equipped.

Cons:

Maybe can repair/refurbish some rooms.. The cracked bathroom sink, hole in the shower. Plus shower got clogged up a bit. I still like the hotel though!

The cost is worth for money spend except for iron facility.

Location and room is worth for money spend

Cons:

The iron facility is terdious. First time stayed at this type of hotel class, the iron is not readily provided in the room or delivered to the room upon request. Guest have to bring the cloth out of the so call iron room , but there is no labelled assigned to indicate the room is iron room and the facilities not readily seen.

Comfortable and reasonably clean.

Cons:

Parking was difficult at times. You had to park very far to the back of the hotel. The front car park area was always reserved for other special guests which is unfair.
