smell like cigarette all over the place
Pros:

firstly,as i enter, the security guard showed me where to park.i felt welcomed.

my check in was a breeze.very few documents to sign.

lift was considerably fast

my door was busted.there was prompt action by the staff to remedy the situation .

the pool was spacious and deep..4ft to 6ft deep

Cons:

when i reach to my floor (12th), there was a very strong cigarette smell from the lounge to the hallway.i can smell it coming from 1 of the first rooms.i made complaints twice, but i think nothing was done because the smell is still there till the next morning

we went to the pool , n u can guess what we smell..cigarette

at the lobby especially , the smoking area is just in front of the entrance..as i did my check out, the smell seeps thru the gaps between the door n stays in the lobby

it was horrible

if u r a smoker, please stay here and be happy

this will be my first and last here
