An unforgettable stay with perfect comfort, great amenities, and the warmest hospitality.
Pros:

Everything was just right: cleanliness, facilities, comfort, and location. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast simple but beautifully presented with something for every taste. The pool is on the smaller side, but absolutely fine considering you are in the driest place on earth. Complimentary bikes are available as well.

What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, were the incredibly attentive and warm-hearted people working here. Constanza especially stole our hearts – what a wonderful person!

Cons:

There is honestly nothing to mention here – everything was excellent.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. On two of our three mornings we had an early start before breakfast and we were kindly provided with a takeaway. The breakfast buffet that we did have was excellent. The property is perfectly located, offers off street secure parking and was spotlessly clean.

LO MEJOR DE NUESTRO VIAJE EN ATACAMA.

Todo! Desde el momento de la llegada, la experiencia fue simplemente impecable. Este lugar combina la elegancia, la calidez y una atención al detalle que marca la diferencia. Cada espacio transmite armonía, tranquilidad y un cuidado al huésped que invita al descanso y al disfrute.

La habitación superó todas las expectativas: muy cómodo, la limpieza absoluta, camas de alta calidad y un patio pequeño como espacio extra en la habitación.. eso lo convertía en un privilegio. También el silencio y la comodidad permitieron nuestro descanso profundo, algo que valoramos mi esposa y yo enormemente.

El servicio merece una mención especial: llegamos y Thomas nos atendió muy calurosamente, también el personal es genuinamente atento, profesional y siempre dispuesto a anticiparse a cualquier necesidad. NOS DIERON UN RITUAL DE VINO Y TABLA DE QUESOS DE BIENVENIDA!! Loreto nos brindó también una atención impecable!! Siento que se percibe una cultura de hospitalidad auténtica, no forzada.

La experiencia gastronómica fue igualmente destacable: sabores equilibrados, presentación impecable y productos de primera calidad. El desayuno, que es lo que viene incluido: es un desayuno de lujo!!

En definitiva, no es solo un lugar para hospedarse, sino un espacio para vivir una experiencia de lujo serena y memorable. Sin duda, lo recomiendo con total confianza.

Quartos espaçosos, com ventilador e ar condicionado (acredite, isso é importantíssimo no Atacama, pois é quente mesmo a noite em algumas épocas do ano).
Staff incrível, em especial a Constanza, foi muito atenciosa.

Great property with a few small tweaks could be amazing
Pros:

Great room and comfy bed. Shower was fab. Air conditioning unit was old and noisy. On arrival couldn’t have been more helpful, carrying bags etc but on departure we had to do ourselves. Staff felt very distant - even breakfast was self service. Swimming pool is more like a plunge pool.

Highly recommend for the rooms and staff
Pros:

the staff was very helpful when I had a tour company issue and helped me rectify the issue. they did not have to but they jumped right in to help me get in contact with a company i could not reach and did not have a valid phone number for. the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was very roomy too. Breakfast was very good as well.

Cons:

wifi was a little spotty when i was there.

Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s literally an oasis in the desert. The staff was so friendly and helpful, super close walking distance to restaurants and shops but also quiet and tranquil. Great breakfast included and super comfy rooms With your own private balcony. Even has a wonderful outside seating area to enjoy the gorgeous San Pedro de Atacama weather. Highly recommend!

Muito aconchegante e ótimas roupas de cama, Ótimo espaço , gavetões para guardar as roupas, bancada grande, bom café da manhã ! Fazíamos tudo caminhando

Cons:

Não tem como controlar a temperatura do quarto, tem que pedir e se vc chega a noite do restaurante o vigia não sabe fazer e precisamos da temperatura boa só a noite. Um detalhe simples, que não diminui o conforto do hotel , mas é desconfortável pra levantar a noite, ir no banheiro pqe de madrugada esfria muito.
Falta também um espelho de corpo no quarto!
