Las tres cosas nos gustaron, fueron adecuadas.

Staff are delightful and super attentive. They really care for their guests and go out of their way to be helpful. Facilities are comfortable and the hotel is very well located in the town.
Honestly the only thing I can think of is adding a humidifier to the room because the air in Atacama is so dry that for foreigners unused to it it’s uncomfortable and a humidifier would really help with sleep quality.
1. Atendimento incrível: o atendimento nos permitiu um check in antecipado, faziam lanchinhos para os dias em que o passeio era muito cedo e deram duas garrafinhas de água para enchermos nos passeios.
2. Localização é ótima: é literalmente uma quadra de distância da rua principal (rua Caracoles).
3. O quarto é muito bacana e grande

Café da manhã gostoso. Como os passeios começam muito cedo, se disponibilizam para montar snacks para viagem.
Check out 11h, o hotel disponibilizou sala a parte para banho após este horário para podermos sair confortáveis do local

Os quartos tem um tamanho bom, com uma varandinha muito agradável. O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização é ótima, bem pertinho da rua principal.
O atendimento do funcionário Tomás. Achei muito inconveniente, mal educado e antipatico. Não fez questão nenhuma de ser agradável ou solicito. Ao contrário das funcionárias Aldana e Constanza que foram muito atenciosas.

Hotel Pascual Andino exceeded our expectations. We stayed 4 nights. The staff were very helpful in assisting with booking tours, printing out tickets and offering restaurant suggestions. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast delicious.
An excellent hotel - small, quiet and personal. Javi was particularly pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.
