한국인에게 최적화된 위치, 청결 수준 완벽!
Pros:

첫째도 위치, 둘째도 위치, 셋째로 위치. 나리타 공항에서 게이세이선을 타고 호텔에 근접한 히가시긴자역까지 한 방에 오고, 갈 때는 오시아게역에서 플랫폼만 바꿔 갈아 타면 또 한 방에 갑니다. 긴자역도 도보 2분, 유명 맛집들도 도보 4~5분 거리에 밀집해 있어 다음에도 여기서 지내기로 했어요.

Cons:

객실이 정말 손바닥만 합니다. 침대를 피해 겨우겨우 실내 이동이 가능한 수준. 그래도, 욕조가 있어 나름 편리합니다.

아침 조식이 정말.... 가격은 비싼데 먹을게 없어요
뷰가 벽뷰인거에 절망했지만 그냥 참았지만 조식은 첫날만 먹고 그 이후엔 근처 식당에서 먹었어요

Pros:

Look it’s great for what it is which is a place to crash when you get to Tokyo in a good area but I didn’t absolutely love it - I just like that you know what you are getting and it’s clean modern and has everything you need there. I will gladly stay there again simply for the convenience of it all and cleanilness and location to Ginza

location, room size and service, worth its price in tokyo

Cons:

there is a major construction nearby, serious noise problem going on all day. there's no way you can take a nap or just quietly chill out in the room. be sure to check out the construction schedule with hotel if you plan to sleep late or stay in room during daytime

A great place to enjoy Ginza.
Pros:

The location is great. Metro Higashi-Ginza station is just next to the hotel entrance. Mitsukoshi department store is opposite the hotel. Ginza street is in a walking distance. Perfect place to enjoy Ginza. If you take limousine bus from Narita airport, the stop is only 3-minute walk to the hotel. Traveling around Tokyo is easy with many trains passing the area.

Room is super clean. House keepers have done a good job in cleaning the room. I love the shower and the smart toilet.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the night shift staff at the reception desk doesn’t understand English well. We asked for information about tax free goods and she didn’t understand what we were talking about. She then asked another guy. After discussing something, he said he didn’t have the information because he’s Japanese. They did try to help, though.

All in all, we had a great time at the hotel. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.
