Love this hotel for luxury and location
Pros:

Great location. Steps away from train station entrance.
Many options for breakfast. Lovely floral arrangements!

Cons:

View out the window was a plain wall of another wall/building. But it didn’t matter cause we were out during the day and there during nights.

A perfect start to time in Japan.

Overall it was a good experience with wonderful staff
Pros:

Location was central and well connected. Clean rooms with air conditioning and great facilities- bidet, fridge, nightclothes, toiletries. Respectful and helpful staff

Cons:

We paid AUD400 per night- for that price the size of the room was small. We would have got a villa for that price in Australia

Fantastic location, wonderful staff, exceptional breakfast.
Pros:

I even don't know what to begin with. Say, begin with location. In the very heart of Ginza. No more words. Rome was quite big - surprisingly for Japan. Perfect clearing every day. Wonderful, very helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast. Main course, in addition to big choice of salads, very tasty fruits, etc.

All was at the higher possible level.

Great experience!
Pros:

Loved the location. Centrally located near Ginza station. Very easy to get to different parts of Tokyo from here. Akihabara, Shibuya - all are 15-30 mins via metro.

Cons:

Nothing as such. All was good.
