地點方便
三井集團的品質讓人信賴
客房清潔工作有三天不夠確實、地上垃圾沒有清潔乾淨、潔衣袋隔日沒有重新補齊。這和之前入住體驗稍有不同。
Nogal prijzen.
Location is amazing, in the heart of Ginza. Can also highlight the cleanliness of the hotel
Breakfast left me a bit confused it was not bad but it was not perfect. Focused on Japanese cuisine, it missed some crucial elements such as fibers (greens). The food was a bit on a fatty side. So if you don’t care what you eat then it is a perfect breakfast, if you do you might find it difficult to
Hotel has no work spaces at all, there is a restaurant where you can work but it is a restaurant hence busy and also you are expected to buy something there. So if you are on a business travel this hotel is not for you
Staff was helpful but some things got me confused, ie when receptionist tried so hard not to provide me with the spare room key, which is usually not an issue in any of the hotels I stayed before
Rooms are small, many facing walls hence be mindful when you book the room
location and room
The staff were incredible. I accidentally forgot my medication in the fridge after checkout, and the team was extremely helpful—they arranged to have it sent to me in Kyoto the very next day, which I truly appreciated. Their professionalism and willingness to help stood out and made a stressful situation much easier.
The rooms were a bit small. Checkout was very strict—we requested just 20 extra minutes and were told we would be charged. Breakfast was average, with limited variety and nothing particularly memorable.
Super schoon en perfecte locatie
Alles was goed
Location and the room size (Japan standards)
Nothing really
Расположение идеальное..Завтрак отличный
Location was really good. This is our second time staying at your hotel. We like how the toilet, wash basin was separated so that we could each use at the same time.
The bed mattress was not to our liking. It was too soft for us. Would have been nice if room was bigger
