Driveway needs a few pot holes fixed but other then that totally recommend
Excellent service
Late arrival for golf tournament next day. Easy instructions to collect keys. Offered to suggest places to eat since warned restaurant was closed on arrival. Convenient check out in Proshop next morning.
Comfortable & clean room. Very happy.
My husband was unwell and staff changed our accommodation for us as he couldn't manage stairs. Staff were unbelievably kind and patient with my husband who was experiencing difficulties. Every member of staff made sure we were comfortable.
Our beautiful young receptionist Molly was smiling, efficient and reassuring. The Manager Gareth patient and extremely accommodating. We couldn't believe the kindness we met, truly so unexpected but so welcome at a time when we needed support. Patricia & Kevin Thornton.

It was a beautiful getaway
Beautiful resort. Room was great but kitchen area was not very clean due to other families residing in the other rooms
The check in was stilted because Reception was unmanned. Received phone call to let us know only hours beforehand. Very few people were staying and it was obvious that the accommodation is not a focus of their business. Ate in their restaurant Saturday night which was good. However not advised until 5.30 Sunday that the restaurant was closed Sunday night. Closest town is 15kms away. We had planned on a meal and drinks where we were staying and these plans were squashed. The poor bar man that told us did apologise and said we should have been influenced when we booked. I only booked there because it had a restaurant on premises.
Check-in was perfect, but I could not get anyone to replenish soap and shampoo over the long weekend. Peter from Golf Pro shop tried his level best to help and was very accommodating. Overall a great weekend out. Thanks a lot Riverside Oaks Golf Resort.
Great place, would come again and stay.
Getting access to room after I advised that I would late was a terrible experience. This tarnished my view and I would find in hard to return.

An old age problem ! Stayed overnight in a lodge then drove car to main building and negotiate flight of stairs to reception and bar/bistro. Not bad for a 76 year old who had his right knee replaced 3 months ago.All good, staff, room, service etc were excellent.
The free roaming Kangaroos were a pleasant experience also the serene location.
Nice room very clean but I got tangled in the massive curtain going to the loo n took a fall to the ground
