Air Terminal Hotel

Very convenient. Excellent value for the money.

Rooms were old but clean. One room with nicer than the other.

At the airport. Excellent breakfast. Kind and knowledgeable English speaking staff

Helpful and friendly staff. The room was still stuffy after turned on high air-conditioning (the corridor was cooler than the room). Contacted the front desk and asked for room change. The staff offered another room on the same level, however the room condition was the same so we didn’t move to another room. The staff then offered a fan and we used the fan in the room. The breakfast was great and the hotel offered free onsen admission (the onsen is located on level 4, walkable within 5 mins). Convenient location for next day departure. Many restaurants and shops for food, especially for chocolates. There were public transport and hotel shuttle buses. We used the hotel shuttle bus and was very convenient and on time. It runs every 30 minutes.

Convenient for a quick layover, especially if you are renting a vehicle early the next day.

The shops around the hotel closes at about 9pm though, so if your flight arrives late, you will be out of luck for dinner

Lobby was airy and we had access to the onsen. Room smelt a touch musty but the window can be opened for ventilation.

Doors are hard to unlock and lock from outside.
Paneling on the interior wall was falling off.
Breakfast food wasn’t good for Japan standards but it’s an airport hotel so what do you expect?
Bed was firm but comfortable enough I fell asleep.
The view outside the window at night with the colorful runway lights was surprisingly beautiful!
Didn’t use the onsen.

Only good thing was that it’s convenient right at arrival area. Other than that - the hotel is old and smelly and dirty. I was forced to pay extra to upgrade to non-smoking room - but the room still smelled like smoke. Everywhere looked dirty! Really uncomfy - would never stay again!

Love the hot spring and breakfast. Easy to go shopping and a lot of chose .

Crystal clean room and facilities. The onsen is truly the best — relaxing, spotless, and perfect after a long trip. The only thing I was a little sad about is that I wished for longer onsen hours, especially for guests with late flights. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of variety, but enough to be satisfying. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay right at the airport.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. It is convenient. It has a great breakfast. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and professional.

We landed at the New Chitose airport past 11pm and were glad we booked the Air Terminal hotel which was walkable and comfortable to rest for the night. The rooms are clean but the mattress a little too soft for us. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was fresh and delicious. Only drawback was that it closes at 9.30am, which was kind of early in my opinion

Nice staff

Basic airport hotel with a decent breakfast included to make travel simpler. Onsen privileges included but tattoos are not permitted. Onsen is crowded and in a different part of the airport anyways.
