O apartamento é amplo e comporta muito bem mais de uma pessoa.

Cons:

Falta de comunicação entre funcionários e pessoal hospedado, sem determinado momento o elevador não estava funcionando em decorrência da manutenção e reforma do local. Eu estava hospedado no 9o andar e ninguém me avisou anteriormente isso. Achei um erro grave de comunicação.

Não dei muita sorte no quarto
Pros:

O custo-benefício dos quartos deste edificio normalmente é muito bom, além da localização. Desta vez me chamou atenção também, positivamente, o silêncio no quarto e andar.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem diferentes. E o quarto, desta vez, não foi tão bom. Móveis em condições ruins, decoração antiga, banheiro com vazamento no Box, enfim.... precisa de uma boa reforma para ficar melhor. Outros quartos, em outras hospedagens nesse mesmo edifício, são bem melhores.
