Thing to improve MB Hotel
Pros:

Not a friendly receptionist.
Need to activate room card daily if enter after 12pm event already paid for 2 days.
Request from housekeeping need to make 3 call and took almost 20 minutes.

Pros:

Poor service. Upon checked in the counter staff asked where I book my stay from instead of searching in their file or system. Room card given was unable to open the room door so I need to walk down again. I booked a king size bed room but was given 2 single bed. The staff insisted that I booked wrongly. Then finally I got a king size bed room but then I asked for a comer room which is vacant but the counter staff told me the room is having problem which is just a excuse. I got info from another staff that a guest had just checked out and the room was ok. I don’t feel welcomed each time I step into the hotel premise. Hopefully things could improve and Hotel.com please look for better property in tawau.
