A true celebration
Pros:

We spent a night to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and I must say that my expectations were exceeded. This is a true boutique experience, the place feels fairly small but intimate and very fine. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The room though fairly compact had a well thought out layout and quality furnishings and linens. A bottle of wine and some chocolates were waiting for us in the room upon arrival with a card congratulating us on our occasion. A very nice touch.

We also had a great experience in the Library bar. We started with excellent complementary cocktails and then had a very nice lunch. The staff at the bar were a standout, just super nice and thoughtful. I also want to specially mention the breakfast which was very tasty and generous.
Obviously not everything was perfect and there are things which can be improved but overall we had an amazing experience. I've been to many highly regarded hotels in Israel and the Norman easily stands at the top.
