Top verblijf met een geweldige familie die alles runt
Pros:

Vrijheid en de rust die je heb.
De geweldige omgeving en uitzicht over het meer.
Ruime parkeerplaats en heerlijk zwembad met zonnen tuin.
De kleine ruimtes met koelkasten waar je alles kunt vinden.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht + vorsätzliche Täuschung

Der Ausblick auf den See war sehr schön. Ebenfalls fanden wir komfortabel, dass man sich aus dem Kühlschrank Getränke, Snacks etc. nehmen konnte, die dann erst am Ende abgerechnet wurden.

Cons:

Die Vorschau unseres Zimmers hatte kein Bild vom Schlafzimmer und Bad. Da beides im Keller war (unter dem Haus der Besitzerin), wurden die Bilder vermutlich absichtlich nicht eingestellt. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir die Unterkunft niemals gebucht. Die Luft war unglaublich schlecht, was die Betreiber wohl auch wussten, denn es stand schon ein Entfeuchter im Raum, den wir auch mehrmals pro Tag leeren mussten. Wir haben die Betreiber während und nach dem Urlaub darauf angesprochen, es kam aber keinerlei Entgegenkommen und es hieß nur, dass ja ein großes Fenster da sei. Das Kellerfenster war auf dem Gitter leider aber total verdreckt und hat nur noch schlechtere Luft reingelassen. Unser Zimmer war extrem schlecht ausgestattet, noch nicht mal Handseife, es war somit deutlich unter dem Standard. Geschirr war leider auch sehr dreckig und das Bett ein einfaches Gestell. Dadurch, dass die Unterkunft im Keller war, hat man auch sehr viel Getrampel gehört und das Personal hat beim Vorbeigehen immer sehr in unsere Unterkunft gestarrt, leider völlig unangebracht. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, man braucht aber zwingend ein Auto. Der Abstieg zum Strand ist definitiv nicht für Ältere oder Kinder gedacht. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend für das Geld. Wegen der Reaktion der Betreiber würden wir die Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick und sehr freundlichem Personal. Auch die Klimaanlage war sehr von Vorteil in den „Tropennächten“.

Cons:

Die Matratze war uns viel zu weich, aber das ist ein sehr individuelles Thema. Internet im Apartment wäre zeitgemäss.

Pros:

Location con vista stupenda! Villa d'altri tempi, la sua posizione si trova vicino alla spiaggia e a 10 minuti da Salò.
Buona la colazione e area piscina molto bella.
Ogni suo angolo ispira relax.
Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Cons:

Faccio fatica a trovare difetti ma se posso fare un piccolo appunto essendo una villa storica mancano alcuni comfort come aria condizionata, sostituita però da ventilatori e pale a soffitto, quindi una mancanza sopportabile. Inoltre si trova in una posizione tale da restare ventilata.

La struttura molto bella e il panorama era mozzafiato.
La gentilezza della host e del personale è la cosa più bella. Super disponibili e super carini.
La parte della piscina era anche perfetta, sdraio comode e acqua top.
Abbiamo fatto colazione su questa terrazza vista lago che era un sogno, per non parlare della buonissima colazione l.

Sehr freundliches Personal in Unterkunft mit einigen Mängeln.
Pros:

Von der Terrasse des Apartments hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Das Apartment 21 bestand aus einem sehr großen Raum, der zum Glück eine Klimaanlage hatte. Nach Auskunft das einzige Apartment mit einer Klimaanlage. Sehr angenehm ist der morgendliche Brötchenservice. Ansonsten ist das zubuchbare Frühstück mit 20,00 EUR/Pers. sehr teuer. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das private Seegrundstück mit direktem Zugang zum See, das nur für Gäste der Villa zugänglich ist.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Apartment geht durch einen engen und dunklen Abgang. Dieser wirkt eher ungepflegt.
Die Küchenausstattung im Apartment ist ziemlich dürftig. Zum selber kochen eher ungeeignet.

Cons:

Breakfast did not offer a wide variety, the coffee or the coffee machine quality was poor. The hotel room was tiny, no fridge. The lake and all the shops, restaurants are far by foot, you need to rent a car. Which is worth to discover the area. A restaurant would be great by the hotel.
