Location is good just of the kohsan rd. You can here noise but it's bearable for the price payed.

The staff were just the worst especially the lady on reception. I presume this lady must be owners family or why else put this woman on reception.

Very bad experience . I am staying in this hotel 3 times already in the last year.
I stay for a week now and theey are fighting to get money because i thought i extended my stay in booking as I did a few times thrn on 12 o clock they tell me i have no booking (seems like my booking didnt work) they fight to get money for being late 40 minites. I never see hotel such disgrace to a person who stay a week they are fighting over a mistake to get 100 bht from a person who stay a week for the 3rd time already this year. Very bad tatse they left on me

Cons:

Rooms are moldy and small. You feel dirty in the room. Difficult to sleep there without alcohol. Towels needs to be changed all over the hotel.
