Moonlight Da Nang Hotel

The room is medium size, clean and comfortable. the restaurant upstairs serves an amazing food including breakfast. very friendly staff at the reception. It has a nice location and i found it to be quiet at night

It's okay for a late arrival, but the air conditioning is fantastic. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, so breakfast is not available. There's no other place nearby that's open late.

We had a pleasant stay at the moonlight hotel. Our room was clean but a little outdated.

Cons:
- There was some damp in the room causing bubbling but it wasn’t really a bother for me.
- There was a rather large cockroach in our room and many many dead ones in the stair well
- The hotel itself wasn’t very clean eg cigarette butts everywhere
- There was no breakfast, no gym and no spa/massage available (as advertised)

Pros
- Really well located - right near dragon bridge and night market and day market
- easy check in
- Phenomenal air con - this was easily my favourite bit about the room. It was such a pleasure to come back to
- Clean room apart from that one little roach.
- Comfortable bed
- Cute little tea set set out with bottled water for us
- Fridge available
- shower gel and shampoo available
- Clean towels.

Overall, pretty happy for the price 👍🏻

Worse service i ever see for Vietnam trip when we stop at dream city .... Booked and leave phone number and felt so bad when i cane to check in my room and they said your room not available and try to move me to another hotel ... Ìf have any problem that they can contact me instead told me qait from 2 to 7pm to let them check rooom... So crazy service i ever seee and i dont recommand a lot about this hotel for anyone ... I hope the owner neeed to change theri service system if they still qabt to do bussiness

We arrived here, after a very long day, around 11pm to be told there must be a ‘system error’ and we had no booking. We showed them our confirmation details and even emails between us confirming we could check in later than usual but it was just met with a very couldn’t care less attitude. The area was deserted, nowhere to get food or water, nor were we offered any water. After 20 minutes of getting nowhere we compromised on them paying for our grab to another hotel which they suggested and guaranteed was to the same standard, it absolutely was not and it turned out to be just around the corner.

I booked this hotel through Agoda as part of a "flight+hotel" discounted package, but upon arrival, they hadn't reserved a room for us. Before our stay, the staff were unusually insistent about knowing our exact arrival time, which struck me as odd. Despite providing this information, when my wife and I arrived at the front desk to check in, we discovered that no room was reserved. The staff member at the counter made us wait in the lobby for more than an hour and repeatedly encouraged us to leave and find accommodation elsewhere. It seemed clear to me that the hotel prefers accommodating single men seeking nightlife activities rather than couples who might have a smaller budget.

Friendly staff, good location and surrounded by yummy food. Good local shops couple of blocks away.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Moonlight Hotel Da Nang for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right in the heart of Da Nang, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and landmarks. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including strong Wi-Fi (which was a big plus!). The view from our room was also a lovely bonus—it really added to the overall experience.

What stood out the most was the excellent service. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any requests or questions we had. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home, and we really appreciated their effort to make our stay special.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service in Da Nang, I highly recommend the Moonlight Hotel. It was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Good location. Short Walk to Han Market and many restuarants near by. Room and bed was comfortable. Only issue is the bathroom/shower needs better lighting and the hot controller for the shower is difficult to configure to use.
Also some band started playing music at 4am one night.

The girl in the hotel spa stole my bank card and some cash, staff said they could do nothing about it.

Bonne situation, proche des berges et du pont du dragon.

비즈니스로 간단히 숙박하기에 좋습니다. 시내에 있어서 일을 보고 다니기에 좋네요.

ドアノブがぐらぐらしていた、部屋が汚い、シャワー室は水が外に漏れる、バスタオル、タオルが汚い。
朝食の種類が少なくほとんど同じメニューが5日間続いた。
立地は良かった。

Whilst this isn't a 5-star hotel it is safe, clean, spacious rooms that are air conditioned, large bathrooms and in the middle of walking distance to good food, coffee, shops, river. However best of all, the staff here are very friendly and ready to help with any question or request for help If something isn't right with the room I feel confident it would be taken care of, though I had no issues. I would stay here again.

Da Nắng is a vibrant, bustling city, filled with super nice Vietnamese people. It’s clean and organized, the choice of amazing restaurants and worldwide cuisine is mind-boggling. It’s a fantastic jumping off point for Hoi An, Hue, Ba Na Hills and Marble Mountain.

The Moonlight Hotel is just the icing on the cake. I had a clean and comfortable 15th floor room with a panoramic river view at New Year’s for 595,000 Dong. That includes a free breakfast on the Mezzanine level. The staff is friendly and professional, and unlike many other hotels in Vietnam, they don’t ask too many questions. I also enjoyed the wonderful massage spa here.. gorgeous Vietnamese girls treat you like a King. I will be back next time I’m lucky enough to spend time in Da Nắng!

Climatisation assez moyenne et bruyante même au minimum
Petit déjeuner correct
Propreté très moyenne, bord de la baignoire pas lavé depuis longtemps, restes de clients précédents au bord du lavabo, vaisselle pour thé et café juste rincée je pense.
