Pros:

Fantastic staff. Friendly and helpful. Even though rooms are not updated they were comfortable and fairly clean except for ants.

Cons:

People were partying in the parking lot. Not an issue but they were throwing baseballs and we had to move our vehicle because we were afraid it would be hit by accident. Rooms had ants.

My daughter and I spent one night here on our way to the 4h shooting Nationals in Nebraska. Liked it
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional. Lots to choose from. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Great price for summer months.

Miserable no sleep breakfast was good
Pros:

Everything until people in next room kept trying to get into mine and banging on connecting door. Staff did nothing when I called the desk

Cons:

Staff was no help as I was harassed all night by drunk guests

This hotel is comfortable, has a nice pool with plenty of chairs and tables around the pool deck, many options for breakfast, and comfortable rooms. It's not the fanciest place around but it's clean and comfortable with an attentive and friendly staff. They include some extra small touches and details that make it even more welcoming.
