Audra was truly amazing! Everything we had a question or concern about she was there right away! I will definitely be visiting Hiltop again on my next trip!!!! And she’s hilarious which was just the cherry on top!
Great location, very nice team
Our room had a dirty fridge (they did replace it) and we found used bikini bottoms in the shower. They didn’t offer another room and added extra charges to our stay. When talking to the manager she didn’t sympathize at all and said we needed to take it up with our bank. Not even a sorry for the problems that occurred or the inconvenience.
Looks freshly painted. Really appreciate the $7 meals for guests.
Bathroom faucet barely reaches the sink. Hot water, full blast, is barely hot.
The room had a terrible smell that didn’t go away no matter how much deodoriser I sprayed. Lots of insects flying around the room. Reception area had the same smell as well. Was happy to leave in the morning.
Nothing
Nothing
Large room, secure parking, friendly staff and meet our needs for the one night.
On this site the hotel is called Hill top. We had to stop and ask at a petrol station if they knew where it was. It turned out to be the hotel next door and is now called the Clarion.
Fenced in parking.. large courtyard by pool including a bbq/smoker.. friendly staff with great customer service…
Next to a 24 hr AM/PM that has an Arby’s next to that and there is a Dennys across the street.
Just one ice machine and no vending machines
The dinner and breakfast were great.
Laundry out of operation, gym out of operation.
Pool was filthy
Bedside lamps didn't work.
Was a different name on booking.com to the actual branding on the hotel so was hard to find.
Room smelt damp.
Great location and friendly staff
It was quiet.
The whole place stank - the lobby, the halls, the room all had off smells. Everything about the place screamed cheap. Clearly, the owners don't like spending money and just don't care about their guests. There's an expensive car in the lobby to show off (supposedly it was a gift to the owners from Kobe Bryant), but the entire decor of the hotel is dated, ugly, cheap - and smelly. The attached restaurant is a sad little place, with unsmiling staff.
