Lovely hotel let down by unusable EV chargers.
Pros:

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good food. An excellent spa. Pleasant room.

Cons:

We chose this hotel largely on the basis that it had EV chargers. They didn't work during our stay and although staff were helpful in their attempts to resolve the problem they had no knowledge of what was required. For example trying to read a QR code off the charger at night when there is no lighting is close on impossible! Fundamentally they had installed Porsche chargers on the basis their initial costs would be met by Porsche without any idea how drivers would use them. The best chargers are the easiest to use - just taking a regular debit card without the need to download apps which simply try to sell you a Porsche!

Very enjoyable stay and look forward to returning
Pros:

Lovely location. Easy drive to Cambridge.
Comfortable, clean room . Bathroom clean and spacious.
Comfortable lounge and bar area serving snacks and light lunch .
Staff very helpful snd friendly
Our room overlooked stables and exercise area for the horses, really fascinating to see the activity in the yard and the horses being exercised .

Cons:

Evening menu not to our liking ( we had to have Sausage and mash) as only choice for us. Sadly we couldn’t enjoy this lovely dining room the second night for this reason

Amazing Peaceful Break
Pros:

A perfect getaway, for my husband and I. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The Hotel had everything we wanted, we visited the pool and sauna, the bar, restaurant and enjoyed breakfast for two mornings. Everything was exceptional. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was amazing. Also the location was excellent as we walked to the town centre. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action on one day of our stay.

Amazing experience, we will be back
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so friendly. Two members were very knowledgeable about the Dalmatian painting. Excellent food and very helpful.

Cons:

That you put the cuddly toy on our bed and we couldn’t take it home.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. only 2 minor issues, our breakfast orders were wrong on both days but quickly rectified.
7 of us booked to stay to celebrate burns night in the Hotel. Sadly, our table was situated in the lower part of the dining room. were were unable to see the Haggis being piped in nor did we see the piper and only 4 of us could see the 'address to the haggis. this was the highlight of this night and although were were there- we missed it all!

breakfast was fab and dinner was super,

Cons:

the room 233 could of had another window to look out. the shower door was jarring every time you closed it and I was not impressed with the cracked tile as you entered the bathroom as this was sitting proud and could easily cut the underneath of someone's foot.

Lovely hotel would definitely recommend :)
Pros:

Lovely big room, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Excellent facilities - spa and health centre. Easy parking and easy location to get to.

Cons:

No fan in the bathroom so very steamy. Breakfast room was way too crowded the tables were basically stacked next to each other, some very close to the food counter. Just seems a completely inappropriate space to host breakfast if you don't have enough room to seat the guests comfortably? Prices at the restaurant for dinner were very expensive so we ate elsewhere.
