The room was nice but it had some ants
The most upsetting part of my stay was the rude and dismissive attitude of the front desk clerk. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience. That is not how paying guests should be treated.
Because of this experience, I will never stay at your hotel again. My Google review will reflect both the poor customer service I received and the condition of my room so that others know what they may encounter before booking.

The breakfast was halfway decent, bacon and scrambled eggs were hot items, tasted good, they had some breads, muffins and cereal, and I did like that they had hole milk.
It would have cost $40 to check in about 2 hours early, we went to the boardwalk in Santa Cruz and when we got back it was late maybe 12a, I asked for extra blankets and they said housekeeping was closed. When we got to the room, we all noticed small ants or termites on almost every surface, floor, counter by the sink in living room, in bathroom, bedroom and even on tv area. The noise from upstairs was kinda loud, heavy walking or maybe normal walking and thin floors or ceiling. If you can get past no room service, ants around it's a halfway good place or if they could fix those parts. I had also reserved next weekend but changed to different hotel.
I am posting this review in the hope that management actually addresses the poor conditions and lack of service at this Cupertino location.
As a family traveling with young children, cleanliness and health are our top priorities, but this property fell far below basic standards:
Stained & Unsanitary Upholstery: The couch inside our room was visibly stained and dirty.
Outdated & Musty Carpet: The hallway carpet outside our room was extremely old and worn, raising serious concerns for us about potential mold and air quality for our kids.
Empty Promises from Staff: We reported the couch issue to the front desk immediately. Despite asking multiple times and being assured by staff that they would replace the couch, no one ever came or resolved it.
AC / Ventilation Issues: The room controls give you no option to leave the AC fan running continuously to maintain airflow.
The combination of aging facilities, unfulfilled promises from the staff, and health concerns for our children made for a very uncomfortable stay.
The hotel management and staff made a good effort to keep the room looking and smelling clean and comfortable. I will definitely return to stay whenever I need a room in Sunnyvale.
Hopefully I have the time to use the gym and pool when I next stay with you.

Reasonable price. Ok location. Breakfast was nice.
The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Not all the towels were provided. The location of the room was noisy and not what we requested when the reservation was made two weeks earlier. The hot tub was DISGUSTING - FILTHY, SMELLY AND NOT CLEANED.
Comfortable bed, clean room with nice pool & landscaping in the courtyard. We had an issue and staff was very accommodating. We requested a quiet room and got that.
Property is next to 280 freeway. This may be an issue for some people. We assume that our room was quiet bc it was away from the street and freeway.

A este momento no me han devuelto el deposito y ya pasó 1 mes! La habitación no tenia luz en el techo solo de las lámparas, era demasiado dificil ver sobretodo para descargar maletas porque llegamos en la noche. No me gustó el ruido en las mañanas por unos niños que corrían por todos los pasillos y lanzaban comida a la piscina y al jacuzzi.
