Pros:

It was very clean, had wonderful staff and great views from our room. We went to the bar at the attached restaurant and had a lovely time. Would return in a heartbeat.

Cons:

A soap dish would have done wonders to keep the sink area clean.

Good location - but service was lacking
Pros:

the location is great, the beds are comfortable, it was clean

Cons:

We stayed for 3 days and I understand they do not do complete maid service daily but they never even emptied the trash or checked to see if we needed more tp or anything. Do not eat at the restaurant, it was terrible.

Excellent place to stay in Gardner close to North entrance of Yellowstone.
Pros:

Location was perfect, facility was well maintained. Staff was so helpful, especially in suggesting places for breakfast.

Cons:

The only additional suggestion would be breakfast on site, or ability to purchase on site.

No Heat 20 Degrees Outside
Pros:

Wonderful location right at the gate to Yellowstone National Park.

Cons:

Our room was on the 3rd floor. We unloaded and unpacked and then found out there was no heat. With temps dropping down into the 20s we needed heat. The staff tried but could not get it to work. We had to pack up and move to the first floor in order to have heat. This was late at night. On checkout, I asked if we would be compensated for having to move rooms. They said no because I booked through Booking.com. They said Booking.com would be the one to compensate me. So will you?
