Chai The gentleman at the front desk seemed to be helpful when I told him I was not going to be staying there because there were roaches in my room. He called the manager and reassured me that they would refund my money
Although my money was never refunded, I did the process on the app that I had scheduled it on and the hotel denied the refund. They definitely lied.
after being in the room for about 15 minutes I turned on the TV and realized there was a roach stuck inside of the TV and so I began to look around and when I opened the microwave, sure enough there was another roach. I immediately grabbed my things, put them in my car and went to the front desk to tell them I was not going to be staying there.

Wasn't clear it was smoking room i am very allergic to smoke complain to clerk to get another room room had smoke holes on blanket left 3am could not fall asleep in room for 200.00 bad service would not stay or recommend motel 6 to anyone

This is a great location close to Waxahachie, the highway, and Scarborough Faire
The property is kept mostly clean. Of course you can’t expect much from a motor-inn. But it was kept up pretty well however parts of the room weren’t very clean, there were odd repairs done to parts of the room. The bed sheets were obviously old and worn and they didn’t feel very clean. The bathroom needed a little more cleaning and the one thing they were missing were towel hooks to hang your wet towel.
The guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly at all. He didn’t welcome us, didn’t seem to know fully what he was doing, and at the end, just said “That’s all.”
It was quiet and well managed - it is always good to find the room tidy
I did not like that there was no kettle, iron box, microwave and atleast a couch in the room to relax.
