Comfortable
Pros:

Comfy bed , close to beach , garden could be nice

Highly recommended in Minehead
Pros:

Beautiful traditional building. The hotel was run as a family business – and they did it very well.

Cons:

The car park would normally have been ample, but there was a coach parked there making it a little tight

We enjoyed are stay very much.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful, good selection for breakfast and value for money, would definitely visit again and recommend to other people.

Most pleasant and very reasonably priced.
Pros:

Perfect location for my needs, lovely staff and splendid food - the spacious lounge encouraged guests to chat, very pleasant. Has a Spa, though I didn’t use it. I might next time!

Cons:

The room itself was rundown and dirty. Nothing like in the pictures. They have good online marketing but our room was nothing like it.

Pros:

Staff were polite, and extremely helpful, (didn't have chance to savour the food), the room was well furnished and very comfortable. The Hotel is within a 5 minute stroll to the Beach, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Tad cold first thing in the morning, but nothing to make a fuss about

Fine for a night, or if you are eating elsewhere, but wouldn't come back personally.
Pros:

The staff were kind and attentive at the front desk, the room was large and well supplied. Generally clean although some mold in the bath mouldings and peeling paint on bathroom ceiling.

Cons:

The food quality is very low, more like that which is served in a care home, microwaved veg, soggy roast potatoes and small portions. Only 4 options for each course. Lamb was pink when served which is lovely but the meat was so so hot it must also have been microwaved, the potatoes seemed like leftover from the day before also.

This obviously works for the clientele they seemed to have in, but it certainly did not meet expectations when spending £60 on a meal.

It was tired and rather shabby. Breakfast was disappointing. The whole place feels depressed and depressing.
