Beautiful view, clean but very dated rooms, bed and linens were decent This hotel needs a renovation for sure Front end staff very helpful and friendly

Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. Firstly, three of us were put in a room with one king bed. I had booked a room with two double beds, but was told by the front desk that the hotel was full and this was the only available room left. Secondly, when I reported that the toilet was not flushing properly and that it was constantly draining, the front desk informed me that they were aware of this problem but that they couldn’t fix until Monday! They then asked me what I expected them to do since they could not accommodate moving us and they couldn’t fix the toilet. I suggested some sort of compensation would be appropriate and they asked what I felt was appropriate. They finally offered half price for the room which I felt was low considering the room only had one bed and one guest needed to sleep on a small couch. I don’t think Expedia should offer this hotel as the photographs do not match the room, which needed several renovations. To top it off the room was dirty ( stained carpet, broken cupboard doors in the kitchenette, garbage left from previous guests, coffee maker and oven dirty).

The staff was great, but the golf course was poorly maintained with goose crap everywhere and the hotel itself needs lots of work.

We had a reservation but when we arrived at 10:00 pm there was nobody there and we had to find accommodations elsewhere.

It’s in reality more like a work camp. Not a hotel. Stay away.

We did not get the room we booked. There were bugs on the floors. It took forever for someone to check us in and it talks about their pool which was not able to be used. useable

I booked room with a kitchenette for a week long stay for my family. When we arrived we were told that our room was unavailable, and when I showed my confirmation the gril at thw desk shrugged and said thay there was nothing she could do. I went and took a look around the property and noticed that the pool, basketball and tennis courts were crumbling and unusable. The restaurant was burned down. The golf course was overgrown. There was paint peeling, and newspaper taped over old signs. The entire place is on a complete state of disrepair that it cannot recover from and needs to be bulldozed to the ground.

Easy access to room. Very good and friendly check in. No shops walkable distance but a great restaurant 5 min walk. Great views of the golf course. A little bit dated n worn out but great value for money.

Forget what is advertised. None of the amenities exist except the golf course. The pool doesn't look like it has been useable this season or maybe longer. Internet/ WIFI only exist in limited fashion in the lobby.

Not even close to the pictures of the property. No pool or hot tub. Trails not maintained.

Average place with a pool that isn't working

The pool is not open. Though the picture shows a pool, it’s closed. Property owners should be help to account for misleading representations of their properties. We would have booked elsewhere had we known but in the end the property got our money so I guess the deception worked on their part.

This place was probably glorious many years ago. It has so much potential but seems like it hasnt been maintained. Pool didnt work and garbages were overflowing and stinky. It has beautiful views and a great location, the price was manageable and it worked for the one night we needed it.

This place is not as advertised. The room keys didn’t work, twice so far. New ones have been ordered. This area is in a heat warning right now and the room was left closed with no air conditioning on the drapes open so it got to maximum heat. The pool is drained. Very very disappointing. Looks like maybe new owners? Anyway if I were Expedia I would not partner with this hotel - I usually trust what I find on Expedia but this is a fail!
