The hotel D'Win by far has the best location which was a highlight for us. It is so convenient to restaurants and shopping and that allowed us to have more time to explore the area. The staff was so kind and helpful. They have a breakfast area for quick coffee, tea, pastry, etc. We will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

A Marais bargain. Not fancy but clean with a helpful staff and well located.

The staff are friendly and willing to help so close to all kinds of shops and yet walking distance to many of the big sites I would go back. Thanks

The location is fantastic, you can do much better and for the price at the time of the year (late Aug/early Sept) it was well worth it. The image of the room we booked didn’t match the actual room, which was well worn overall and the carpet is in desperate need of replacement. But the room was cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable and clean, the service was excellent from all staff we interacted with. I would stay again for sure. Again, location can’t really be beat for the price.

24 hours without internet was annoying and unacceptable. Could not check in for flight or access weather info. Steps were fun. Staff great! Coffee fabulous. Room good. Hot water; strong pressure. Breakfast good.

The staff who checked us in was okay. We had a much nicer person later when we had questions.
The hall had paper covering the carpeted stairs that looked like it had been there awhile. There is no lift and many oddly placed stairs to get to our room. The room was TINY and the shower TINY. The carpet smelled weird. Our window opened to a shaft facing other windows and people would smoke below. It all smelled like an old ashtray. Again, location. I’d stay here if all you want to do is sleep!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at D'Win. We didn't eat breakfast there, so I can't comment on that. The rooms were small, but perfect for our needs. The location was perfect. Notre Dame and the Louvre, for example, were within walking distance.
I would've given D'Win a 5, but they didn't reply to any of my messages leading up to my trip. Customer service was great at the hotel, but I was really disappointed that no one responded to my communication via Expedia and also the hotel's own pre-check-in form. Would I stay here again? 100%

Construction noise through the day, followed up by early morning banging and noise, around 1am each night on the 1st floor. Couldn't tell if it was a staff member or construction. A/C broken for a day or so. Great location, but hotel conditions leave a lot to be desired. They should have offered guests a free breakfast or something of the like.

Great location - closer to Metro. No elevator so had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. Staff were very friendly. Beds comfy and bathroom large, but shower cubical was small. I kept touching the shower curtain :(. Overall great 2 night stay.

There are no elevators. Had to carry several heavy bags up 55 uneven stairs that were covered with painters' cloth. Breakfast supplies were not kept stocked—very cramped eating area.
The hotel room was clean and centrally located.

Basic place, really well located. Most staff spoke english well enough to help us manage a few details during our stay and all were willing and helpful to make it happen. One desk agent helped me get the AC adjusted down from 25 to 21 degrees, another gave directions to a currency exchange, and another helped me print my cruise boarding pass and luggage tags (would have been a huge hassle for me if he was unable to make it happen, but he did it easily). I know these aren’t huge asks typically but its a small euro hotel with not a lot of staff so finding help when no one else was there to supervise was a relief for an American family stumbling thru using spotty cell service google translate on tmobile in paris for everything.

Very handy place in the Marais district close to bars restaurants and transport options. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and cooperative

I thought the hotel was decent for the price. I knew going into it I wasn’t booking for ambiance, I was booking for location. I was in the center of everything so it was perfect. We used the hotel room for sleeping only, and there was air conditioning and it was quiet.

This is a really central location, 90 seconds from a metro and walking distance from many key tourist sights. Really helpful staff.

Great location. It was a tiny bedroom, but everything I needed for sleeping and showering.

Very nice and helpful staff. Well situated in La Marais and convenient to lots of shopping, sightseeing and transportation.
The hotel does not have a lift / elevator which means climbing lots of stairs to and from the rooms
