Best Western Town & Country Inn

We booked the town and country and they changed us to the best western without notifying us and best western doesn't have a swimming pool and hot tub. Also prices had dropped and we weren't given any compensation. We have stayed numerous times and not sure we would go back.

I did not mind the property, other than it looking a bit dark and abandoned. The closed Sizzlers next door may add to that feeling. Breakfast was good.

This property is very worn it and needs to be renovated.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff, including housekeeping, are very friendly and helpful. Windows and shears in my room needed cleaning. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Overall, a good place to stay. Convenient location, clean, and a friendly staff. Parking was inconvenient at times though - could use more lighting in the parking lot. Would stay again still though.

Breakfast exceed expectations, as did location, and our room was clean and comfy. One flaw: the outdoor furniture was dirty, table not washed in 3 days, and needed new cushions. Likewise the pebbled cement outdoor walkways/hallways needed a deep 'floor' scrub or power wash.

This was the cleanest property.! Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The property is older, but well kept. Breakfast had several options, and great coffee. We were able to walk to several restaurants. There was a grocery across the street. Ask to be farther back, as the front faces a loud and very busy street. The front dedk staff was not there when we arrived, (about 6pm) and several of us waited for about 20” to check in. This is my 4 star for staff. Would stay again.

we liked the fact that it was close to the Utah Shakespeare Festival and several restaurants.

Clean hotel, older , needs upgrade on fixtures. Check-in easy, good breakfast with variety. Walkable to Heritage Theater.
Will stay again for convenience around town.

Not a nice property at all.

Nice little place. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Quiet & clean grounds without traffic noise. Breakfast buffet had limited options but the food was fresh and tasty. Fresh coffee was available for most of the day.
And the rates are reasonable.
