Un seul petit point négatif c’est d’avoir posé un rideau de douche dans la salle de bain qui ne peut s’empêcher de se coller à sois

Pros:

Fint hotell med rene og romslige rom. Sengene var noe harde, og ikke så komfortable. Frokosten var bra, og trivelig betjening med god service. Grei beliggenhet i Hendaye.

Pessoas sem formação, não sabem, não conhecem, não sabem pois serviços do hotel.
Não é possível fechar as cortinas totalmente.
As toalhas são pequenas.
O hotel sofreu obras, daí pedirem muito valor pelo quarto, mas o restante serviço é de baixa qualidade

Posizione ottimale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Buone possibilità di parcheggio in zona. Camera ampia, con arredamento particolare. Letto comodo. Dipendenti dell'hotel cordiali.

We originally had Airbnb accommodations for that night. When we arrived we did NOT feel safe so I had to make immediate reservations. My niece came across Hotel Ibaïa and we booked a reservation. It was beautifully designed, spotless and very quiet. We had an extremely long and stressful day and needed to be somewhere safe. We walked along the beach, ordered a pizza not too far away. The hotel was exactly what we need. Thank You, Hotel Ibaia!

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel. Très bonne literie. Chambre refaite à neuf. Nous avons pû profiter du sauna. En axe d'amélioration je mettrai le prêt de peignoirs pour pouvoir aller de la chambre au sauna.

Séjour très agréable. Les chambres sont modernes, fonctionnelles et très propres. Le personnel est disponible est très gentil.
En revanche, gros bémol sur les petits déjeuners qui sont assez chers pour la variété proposée.

The hotel was fine, the rooms are quite small and have a bit of an institutional feel to them, not as nice as the pictures suggest. There was a damp smell in our room and strange smell in the communal areas. There is very limited space to put your clothes as no drawer space, we were there for 5 days in high summer so had quite a lot of stuff. The balcony was a big plus and we ate out there several times. I was disappointed that the bar was never open; the staff seemed confused when I asked. Breakfast was very expensive, good value though if you can eat so much in the morning! we mostly used the beach cabins. Pool is nice but very cold, its a long time since I've been in an unheated pool! The best thing about this hotel is the location which is second to none. Bus services to get around and the outstanding Euskotren are cheap and reliable. Don't bank on ever getting a taxi!
