Great breakfast and comfortable room.

I was blessed to stay here at the Best Western in West Monroe, Louisiana. After having an accident on I-20, and needing truck repairs, I had an extended stay here. The staff was spectacular! Nicole kept my room spotless and supplied with towels. The breakfast was very good, and never empty. Thanks, Jamie! The crew behind the desk, including Tash, Tri, Jamie and Sijan, were always pleasant and helpful. I'll be going back to pick up my truck soon, and you know I'll be staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing. It had plenty of places to set down. The bed was so comfy. And the housekeeper Kayla C. did an amazing job cleaning the room. Would stay again.

Very well maintained

We have stayed at this Best Western before, and came here again because of the service we have received in the past. This is no exception. Triveni checked us in quickly to the room that we asked for without hesitation. He was so kind and personable, which is what we've come to expect at this location. Our room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and everything is well stocked. We highly recommend this Best Western in West Monroe, LA!

Great location with all the restaurants around you and very clean rooms. Very helpful staff specially Triveni the receptionist.

The hotels were extremely high priced and so accordingly this hotel was high compared to what is normal. This property is an older and well worn hotel but has fairly comfortable bedding.
The staff was friendly and helpful and took their jobs seriously. Thanks to Kayla C. for a good job cleaning my room!

Best hotel ever!!!!! Awesome water pressure, and the best service you can find!! Vin from the front desk and Jamie at breakfast time were so incredibly helpful!! Will definitely come back here next time I come to west Monroe!

It’s probably the best motel hotel in Monroe. The whole experience is 5 star as soon as you walk in the lobby, the rooms are clean smell great and beds are comfy shower is impeccable. But the receptionist Sitashma made me never want to book anywhere else again. Not only beautiful and courteous but her willingness to help as well as customer service is what sealed the deal.

Very clean and very good service! Love the ceiling fan in the room. No complaints for a quick sleep and very quiet!

This was a “stay to play” for volleyball and the better reviewed option. I did not realize this was a “doors on the outside” hotel until I read another review so wanted to share that as well. The location to the sports complex was close and easy to get to. It was also located close to a lot of stores and food options. For the price that was charged, it was overpriced (but compared to a friend’s hotel who paid more.. we definitely got the better hotel). The room was very large, the bathroom was tiny. I’m small and could barely turn around in it. The room was clean and looked nice upon arrival. It was a little worn down but the decor and room appeared to be updated. The linens definitely need to be replaced (worn out sheets, towels were dingy). The breakfast was nice to have and available early for our early starts so that was appreciated.

If I was given the option again, I’d be fine staying there again but i just wanted to take the time to give an honest review so expectations are realistic.

The breakfast was great and the attendant Jamie was so kind and helpful!! Really enjoyed everything! Marcus the maintenance guy was very friendly and kept the place looking nice!! The guy at the front desk Siam was very helpful and kind and check in was easy and prices are great!!! 10/10
