The breakfast was great and so was the location.
The rooms need to be better cleared and the beds were horrible. The rooms need new mattresses and better pillows. I felt as though I was sinking to the floor.
Hard to find entrance. Missed it and had to turn around. Didn’t feel comfortable checking in. Dated lobby was vacant. Rang the bell and got checked in. Workers were hanging around the outdoor pool and took up the prime parking spots. There are no interior lobbies. Rooms are accessed outside.
Room smelled musty. Carpet was damp by the A/C. Sofa seemed very dated so didn’t sit on it. Bath towels were thin and rough. Bed was comfortable enough but the bedding was flimsy with a top sheet, ragged thin blanket and another top sheet. There were no blankets or pillows in the closet.
Couldn’t find where to turn on the ceiling fan until the next morning when I found the switch behind the nightstand.
Not enough charging outlets by bed. Hung my phone cord from one of the wall lights. Sink water stayed warm when turned to cold and having it running for awhile.
Breakfast display was cramped and small. Breakfast lady checked me out of my room.
At least there’s options of several restaurants in the area including a Cracker Barrel for dinner.
Just keep driving . . .
Pleasant motel for short stay--clean, spacious room @ an affordable price. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, and room had everything we needed. Nice, clean pool & plenty of breakfast choices. Employees helpful & courteous -- Nicole & Shaun, specifically.
Motel is in a great location --walking distance to lots of restaurants, stores, & even the Duck Dynasty Museum. Highly recommend this motel when traveling.

Older hotel between gas stations on a busy road. Can't turn left on this street due to the location. Fyi, there is no elevator if they put you on the floor. I requested a room on the first floor due to heavy luggage and no rooms were available. Stairs need some TLC.
Uncomfortable beds
Several rooms were occupied by guests staying for a long time. This meant a propane tank with a stand and a dirty pot were sitting outside my room that they were using which is a safety hazard. That same group put a charcoal grill on the pool deck to grill out. The smoke from the grill came into our room through the air conditioner. I went and spoke to the manager and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about (even though he was just outside my room right before I spoke to him.) No apology but said he would speak to the guys grilling. The smoke continued for another 45 minutes and only stopped then because they were done grilling and were cleaning up. Grill and propane tank with coming setup were still there the next morning.
Also no sheets or blanket for the pull out bed. They offered other guests this option at check-in but I had to add specifically request them.
Called corporate because the manager wasn't helpful at all. Corporate said that they can't do anything until they get a response from the manager. For two weeks, the manager keeps ignoring their calls.
At breakfast, employees came to eat while guests were eating.
I do not recommend this hotel. Only positive is that the room was clean.
Updated: calling corporate was a waste of time. Only the manager can do anything. Corporate can't even offer reward points for the inconvenience or anything.
The pool was nice as well as well as the breakfast the next morning.
The bed was absolutely horrible. It sunk towards the middle plus just generally uncomfortable.
We were up late, so we slept in. Check out wasn't until 11 am. It was shortly after 9 am. The cleaning service knocked and we told them we wouldn't be checking out until between 10:30-11am.
Well they knocked 2 more times before 10 am then the one lady pestered my wife 2-3 more times when she was going back and forth from the room to our car.
Mentioned it to the lady at check out and she just made excuses and never even apologized until my wife got a bit upset.
Breakfast was good. Eggs are good as well as sausage
Jaime Owen breakfast manager
Horrible atmosphere! Our Room had hair in bathroom shower and floor! It's old and needs up grading!!! The toilet was rocking & the door knobs were loose and hanging! The housekeeper just walks in the rooms, without even saying who she is! They did not have enough towels. The house keeper kept taking towels and not returning them. But she did give some dirty, dingy pool towels for the kids to use after shower! This was not a very nice place! The front desk owners did not care as long as they got paid. The breakfast attendant was the Only nice person we ran across! They had kids working the front desk too. We cleaned our own rooms.
Away from the busy roads
Needs updates
Perfect location to access family reunion activities
Ok
Overpriced with poor management. Rooms were not stocked with towels. Asked for 1 per person in our group and were told that they did not have any. I spoke to the front desk receptionist and she only made excuses as to why they did not have any towels. Spoke to the manager after we checked out and he only gave excuse that they were extremely busy and booked up and had met the minimum requirements of towels per room. There were 4 in our party and only 3 towels. I feel that it is unacceptable to expect guest to share towels to have enough to shower. UNACCEPTABLE & POOR MANAGEMENT TO HAVE EVERY ROOM BOOKED AND NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE EVERY GUEST AT LEAST 1 Towel and 1 washcloth. Will never stay here again. I feel like when I stay in a motel that I am there to sleep and clean up for the next day travels. Sharing a towel with someone else in not acceptable for that to happen!!
Nice rooms and the hot Continental breakfast was great thanks to Jamie Owen
The hotel is hard to find. It is a small best western & the building is older. Sheets & towels very worn
The ceiling fan.
Our WiFi code didn't work, and we got a new one, but that didn't work either. We also asked for a pillow for the sleeper sofa and were told they didn't have any extra pillows.
Convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants.
The carpet in the room had a slight odor but not too bad. Probably should consider removing carpet.
