Location, decor and history. Superb place. So atmospheric. Staff really pleasant and the Tavern attached is brillaint for an end of day relax with a local beer.
Where the room was perfect for us, some may find it a bit small. Being an historic building, the bathrooms are very old fashioned and tight but ibresllt felt this added to the charm of the place. Would definitely stop again.
Bathrooms are so tiny barely can move around and the shower had 0 water pressure
Love the history, location and food’
Price was a bit steep for extremely small room and bathroom.
Helpful, polite staff.
Comfortable room.
The elevator was out of order.
The staff at the front desk, while polite, were not really competent. The fellow who checked me in made a mistake (forgetting to run my credit card) that lead to a couple of embarrassing moments for me.
Service was excellent all around. Loved the convenience of having two restaurants on the main level, as well.
NO FRIG
The staff was amazing, and the food!! What a lovely historic place.
The pillows are really uncomfortable. No support
