Historic stay in the heart of Salem
Pros:

Amazing location right in the heart of Salem! Lovely history, enjoyed the reception and finding out about the hotel.

Cons:

Rooms need updating. It’s an old hotel so allowances made for that but bath needs supporting and bathroom door wouldn’t close due to faulty catch.

Very cheerful, comfortable, happening hotel.
Pros:

The history, old world charm, staff, pet friendly. Close to good restaurants and a park.

Cons:

The coffee situation: no in room coffee maker, and the foyer pot was empty both times I checked. I did “steal” some coffee from the Tavern room as the staff were busy with a wedding party. I hoped that would be ok.

Hôtel de charme parfait pour une visite de Salem
Pros:

L'ambiance cosy de l'hôtel et l'emplacement proche des attractions. Le café et la limonade gratuits toute la journée.

Cons:

L'absence de petit déjeuner du type buffet. Il y a un restaurant qui est dans l'hôtel qui propose un petit déjeuner mais plutôt cher et pas très varié.
