Clean and friendly staff
Great breakfast. Nice location for our needs.
Could do with a deep clean and the hot water was questionable.
The staff were lovely and so helpful
We stayed once before so chose to come back as comfortable, friendly and good value for money
Great service, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast.
Nothing
The location. The staff. The bar area.
Room was very dark. Opening the curtains helped but the buses going passed were a bit intrusive. Needs more lighting.
Great location, relaxed bar and good pub food, very friendly and helpful staff, easy parking. They upgraded our room and we overlooked the river which was a nice surprise.
Location and car parking.
Staff in the evening behind the bar were extremely rude.
we were a table of 10 and 2 meals were ok, rest were poor. Service was either non existent or very poor, the table wasn’t cleared from main courses when desserts were brought and the waitress made like that was ok.
All room. Food staff especially Katrina thank you
Nothing
Provided good gluten free choices for breakfast and dinner. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great car park.
The room was very hot and couldn’t see how to turn it down. But I am sure if we had been staying longer and we had spoken to the staff they would have advised us.
Friendly staff lovely food
This is the third time we have stayed in room 41. The room is lovely however the light shades still have cobwebs on them and the beams have nit been cleaned in a long time. The shower head needs cleaning
Great and professional service. Steve was a tremendous Barman and kept us in good spirits and thoroughly looked after!
