The location and cleanliness was more than expected

great stay at a good location ; friendly staffs.
Pros:

room was quite comfortable ; the hosts provided us a FAN due to hot climate. We arrived early at the property and the host let us wait in the breakfast area that was air conditioned. excellent breakfast options.

Cons:

lighting inside the washroom was very dim.

Il n’y a pas la climatisation.
Il faisait 40 degrés dans la chambre!!!!
Nous ne pouvions pas y passer la nuit. Nous avons quittés l’hôtel dès le check in.
Le paiement a été fait 2 jours avant notre arrivée. Nous demandons un remboursement de la nuitée.

Ohne Straßenfest wäre es ganz gut gewesen

Modernes Hotel, schöne Einrichtung

Cons:

Von 2 Fenstern konnte man nur eines öffnen, da es sehr heiß war an dem Tag, wäre eine Klima oder Ventilator schön gewesen , an dem WE war das große Straßenfest, es wäre toll gewesen wenn wir Bescheid bekommen hätten, das es da Lauter wird und wo man dort Parken kann, leider keine Konversation….

Avons dû annuler notre nuit et trouver un autre hôtel. On ne nous a pas prévenu d'un concert pop dans la rue en bas. De plus, par 35 ° dehors. Pas de clim et même pas une ventilateur

Super Aufenthalt in Rüttenscheid
Pros:

Meganettes Personal. Perfekte Lage… nachts von außen laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man allerdings nichts mehr, dichten sehr gut ab. Der Hitze wegen und mangels Klimaanlage musste ich mir einen Ventilator ausleihen, damit war alles gut!

Cons:

Es war sehr warm in dem Zimmer, an die 40 Grad. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster vo unserem Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Dei Nacht war die Hölle.
Es Gab zwar Gläser auf dem Zimmer aber ttotz hoher Temperaturen keine
Gratisflasche Wasser. Was eigentlich in der Hotels heutzutage üblich ist.
Das Frühstück war auch nicht besonders.
