It was a good stay ,one knows what to expect from a City Lodge, and, they deliver. The stay pleasant, the staff are great, friendly and efficient. The room is good, probably needs an upgrade (my humble opinion), the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is adequate. The shower door did not shut fully and was somewhat bothersome. I did not have time for breakfast, but, I know that the breakfast here is good. Decent variety, very fresh and really nice staff to give you a good start to your day. I would stay here again, it's a good choice at a fairly reasonable price.

Nice hotel, just quite disturbing that as a smoker, you cannot go outside at the pool area to the smoking area after 9PM. They lock the door. So, in essence you are treated like a child, or a criminal and have to go out the front to the parking lot to have a cigarette. This also compromises your safety. I probably will NEVER stay there again, as this is the first hotel I have stayed in ever that does this and definately the ONLY CLHG establishment in the group that does this.

A hotel and public area amenities are supposed to be avialable 24/7.

I feel very mixed about this hotel. The staff was quite nice checking us in, the pool seemed nice, and the restaurant was fairly nice as well. The halls smelled, our door did not lock (like not even a little bit), and a staff member opened our door two hours before checkout without knocking (and without using a key, just pushing the very unlockable door open). Luckily they had a safe, and no other incidents occured.

Worst ever. The cleaning staff are noisy at 7am in the morning .

Easy and Comfortable sray, the staff are so welcoming and efficient at check-in. The hotelnis nuce and clean, a bit dated (my opinion) but a good, wholesome experience. The room is nice and neat, the shower us really good, big enough and very relsxing after a long day. That bed, I want to stick it in my bag and take it home. The breakfast, very good, decent variety and tasty and generous. Overall, impressive, I would return.

A great bang for your buck, 5 minute walk to the beach

When we arrived the place was fully booked, yet the payment was taken and still hasn't been refunded.

We had a great stay. Room was clean shower worked well.

Very nice Breakfast, staff is great

Perfect location to ICC, rooms seemed recently renovated, new bedding, towels etc.
My room 078 is on the ground / basement floor and whilst everything seems brand new there was an odd smell in the room, like a mix of damp and mothballs. Not sure if this is due to the lower floor location that picks up more moisture, but might be worthwhile for management to look into.
Otherwise all great.
