Odada böcek vardı. Banyoda sabun yoktu. Oda da su ısıtıcı yoktu. Su ikramı yoktu. Faturayı alamadım. Resepsiyon alanı ve çevresi güvenli gelmedi. Odalar eskiydi, çarşaf ve nevresimler sararmıştı.

Cons:

A pesar de contar con una reserva confirmada e incluso haber avisado por mensaje mi horario de llegada, al arribar al hotel por la noche me informaron que no había habitaciones disponibles.
Es inadmisible que hayan vendido mi reserva, obligándome a buscar otro alojamiento a esa hora de la noche y cargando con mi equipaje después de un largo viaje. Considero que esta situación representa una falta total de respeto hacia el cliente.
