A stay that was OK but definitely not a 4star vibe.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This place is NOT a 4star hotel. Maybe once upon a time, but not anymore. I’d give it 2.5 stars max. The room I was in had a floor that was broken in various places. While everything is definitely very clean, it’s obvious that this hotel is past its prime and in need for some renovations. The bed was comfortable, a king size.

Un verdadero desastre…reservé dos noches…llegué y estuve 5 horas esperando que arreglen el wifi que no funcionaba…no se hacían cargo de nada de los reclamos y el que me recibió y me cobró la estadía era muy maleducado…el lugar estaba sucio con olor…súper deteriorado de terror y para colmo en la entrada del hotel tiene 4 estrellas! Una verdadera estafa este hotel…me perdí una tarde entera en Panamá por tener que buscar otro hotel e irme cuando venía de un viaje de 5 horas en avión…tuve que salir del hotel a la noche y buscar otro porque no solucionaron el wifi que es algo básico y sumado a que eran maleducados y mienten con las fotos porque el hotel está destruido y sucio por donde mires.

Cons:

Cucarachas por todo el baño y salían a la habitación y visibles en el sobre en el restaurante de desayunos donde estan las bandejas con platos, pan y postres.

Pros:

The food was great, the location was great for taxis, the bus and the train station to albrook Iglesia del Carmen. Alejandro and Jennifer were great especially Jennifer she was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and I love the settings of the breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily, you have access to laundry service, pool. Above all I enjoyed the hotel and the service offered.

Cons:

The wifi was kinda slow.

Lugar céntrico y accesible,
Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación es amplia y el desayuno es super bueno.

Cons:

La piscina muy descuidada, le falta mas mantenimiento.
El Wifi no funcionaba, estaba caído en el nivel 5.
Había una cucaracha mediana en el baño.
Las patas de la cama principal, están bastante deterioradas lo que provoca un ruido al acostarse o moverse.

La habitación no esta acorde con las fotos. Lava manos en mal estado, los panes del desayuno tenían sabor a jabón, desayuno repetitivos.
