Ich würde dieses Hotel mit großen Bogen vermeiden und keine Empfehlung für die Buchung!!
Pros:

Nix, da wir nicht in dem Hotel übernachtet haben!

Cons:

Ich kam am betreffenden Tag bereits um 11:00 Uhr an. Anstatt einer freundlichen Begrüßung wurde ich mit den Worten empfangen: „Was machen Sie hier?“ Zudem wurde mir in einem unangemessenen Ton mitgeteilt, dass keine Zimmer vor 15:00 Uhr verfügbar seien.
Da ich am selben Tag zu einer Feier eingeladen war, fragte ich höflich nach einer Möglichkeit, mich zumindest umzuziehen und frisch zu machen. Leider wurde mir dies strikt verweigert. Es wurde mir nicht einmal gestattet, die Toilette dafür zu nutzen, was ich als äußerst unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert empfand.
Darüber hinaus stellte sich der Mitarbeiter nicht einmal mit Namen vor, was ich ebenfalls als unprofessionell empfinde.
Der Vorfall eskalierte schließlich so weit, dass wir am Ende sogar des Hotels verwiesen wurden. Dieses Verhalten ist für mich völlig unverständlich und inakzeptabel.
Ich habe mich als Gast weder respektiert noch willkommen gefühlt. Ein solches Verhalten entspricht in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an einen professionellen Hotelbetrieb.

Die Lage ist sehr gut...mittendrin in der Innenstadt ...ein privater Parkplatz gehört zum Hotel dazu...das Personal war mehr als freundlich...wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. I had a really pleasant stay.

Cons:

It would be even better if there were a minibar or small fridge in the room so guests could store some food.
