Pros:

Location was great. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

There was a scent in the room that was very overpowering. It was lavender or similar. I had to sleep with the window open to lessen the scent.

Great location, old style rooms, clean but for the pice it’s not ok.
Pros:

I liked where it was, would be good to know what floor you were booking as I’m elderly and 3 floors with no lift and luggage is not easy.

Cons:

It’s not like a Hotel there is a Teception and that’s all, it more catering for the Gym. No kitchen, no service. Called down for some milk as my last carton was taken by cleaning staff and I waited 30 minutes meanwhile my tea was cold finally I went down myself and found one of the cleaning staff who has a small carton which she gave me happily. Then about 40 minutes later a member of staff came with 3 cartons and did apologise for the delay!

An excellent hotel in a quiet yet central part of Canberra.
Pros:

The bed was gloriously comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. I was happy to find green tea was provided. Very central location.

Cons:

No lift but the admin was able to organise a downstairs room for me.

Just one night and really tired was ok.
Pros:

Clean hotel in a good location.

Cons:

Table lamp without switch. Need to disconnect. Tv control doesn’t work.
