Pros:

Das Zimmer war absolut okay. Allerdings funktionierte die installierte Klimaanlage nicht. Auch selbst die Bedieneinheit für die Klimaanlage (vom Hersteller Daikin) sollte so sein das sie verständlich mit Klartext ist und nicht mit unverständlichen Symbolen ist. Bei über 30 Grad sehr ärgerlich.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Enttäuschende Service-Bereitschaft und dafür zu teuer.
Pros:

Gute Lage am blauen Wunder, gut angebunden.

Cons:

Kaputte Klimaanlage, 80dB lautes dauerstörgeräusch im Zimmer, das völlig überhitzt war, niemand erreichbar vom Hotelpersonal bei Check-in um 17Uhr (da nach 16Uhr Nachtzugang) - auch keine Notfall-Service-Nummer und keine Reaktion auf Mail - und am nächsten Morgen nach durchwachter Nacht dann keine Entschädigung, keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Top Lage ,freundliches Personal, Tiefgarage(17,50Euro extra), wir sind aus der 3.Etage in die 2.Etage umgezogen, hier viel besseres Zimmer mit Safe, Klima, Balkon, Kühlschrank und neueres Bett, Zimmerbewertung betrifft das schlechte Zimmer in der 3.Etage

Cons:

3 Etage keine Klimaanlage, deswegen sehr warm, nicht definiertes lautes Brummen im Zimmer, kaputter Sonnenschutz am Dachfenster, kein Kühlschrank, kein Safe, alte Schränke

Preis Leistung war in Ordnung
Pros:

Meinem Wunsch zur Lage des Zimmers wurde entsprochen.
Bei der Zubuchung des Zimmers wurde ganz konkret gesagt, dass es keine Körnerbrötchen und kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse geben wir. So konnte ich selbst entscheiden, ob ich damit zufrieden bin oder wo anders frühstücke.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nur bis 16 Uhr besetzt. Man bekommt einen Zugangscode, wenn man später anreist.

zweckmässig und ruhig. Nahe zur Elbe und fast direkt am "blauen Wunder".
Pros:

Lage ist gut an Straßenbahn und blauem Wunder. Ansonsten alles eher zweckmässig. Aber es funktioniert. relativ ruhig (von Zeit zu Zeit eine Straßenbahn), eigene enge Parkgarage

Cons:

Alter und Zustand der Einrichtung, Rezeptionszeiten, Parksituation mit Anwohnerparken und wenig Parkraum an der Straße.
