Excellent mom and pop place to stay with great staff
Pros:

It was well taken care of, they had a very good continental breakfast and kept it up in the morning, so things did not run out.

The staff did a great job on housecleaning and having the room ready the next day, fresh towels

Pros:

This was a clean, spacious, well cared for room with a comfortable King bed. All plumbing worked well, as did the heater on this cold 5*F night. We would definitely stay here again when we next pass through Pagosa Springs.

Cons:

My wife says that the lighting could use a bump up for reading. I read on my tablet and didn't notice any dimness in the room. The internet was a little flaky and sometimes slow.

Nice hosts
Pros:

The room was clean and calm (looking at a backyard). It was easy to access by car. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and gave us very good advice on what to visit in the region, we would recommend them.

We got what we paid for. Satisfied.
Pros:

Breakfast was typical continental type. Plenty of choices.
Hotel is older but well kept. Good beds. Fine for one night.
Very nice hosts. Lovely plants and decor outside and inside.

Cons:

They could use better mattress covers.
