Location great.. nice and cozy inside friendly security at the gate and the gent at reception
The kitchen staff took long to prepare food and when it came the sauce was not on the ribs as they had ran out of it.
Slow dinner service but food was good.
The location is very close to the mall and the stadium.
The only challenge is the one gate. You can only jawbone entrance and one road.
Late arrivals never a problem, friendly staff at all hours, secure parking and most times, night parking security have the best sense of humor!
The note in the bathroom encourages water wise behavior but getting warm water takes almost a full minute of the 2 minutes indicated one should limit their time in the shower..
The rubber seal on the shower door was broken and loose. I needed to reattach it it else the floor would have been soaked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.
Value for money is the biggest issue. It is not our first stay in the hotel as we travel to Comrades each year. Our hotel in Durban has a higher star rating, provides a buffet meal and has a fridge in every room, and the cost per day is virtually identical, hence a major issue with value for money. The safe in our room would not operate due to a low battery level, and when we walked into our room, we were greeted with a view from our window of a near vertical roof 1 meter away. Very disappointed.
