On the whole it was a good stay, thank you.
Pros:

Breakfast is a lovely variety. Location is excellent. Staff are friendly. Porters are helpful. There is a ramp for mobility impaired people, which I needed. Enjoyed the couch and room space and comfy bed.

Cons:

Short staffed in restaurant. Dinner for 6 of us was delivered at different times, with some finishing their meal before others had received their meal. Sat at 6:30pm for dinner and food arrived at 8/8:30pm a few times over the 5 nights. Room service is not offered and would be welcome, especially if arriving late/working late. Shower gel and shampoo would be welcome, especially when staying for a long time.

Location great.. nice and cozy inside friendly security at the gate and the gent at reception

Cons:

The kitchen staff took long to prepare food and when it came the sauce was not on the ribs as they had ran out of it.
