Comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast and service.
Pros:

Comfortable accommodation, excellent breakfast buffet, delicious strawberry daiquiri, fantastic service.

Cons:

The dinners were a bit hit and miss. Salad was good. Otherwise the flavours were nothing special. Suggest they review their recipes and do some tastings….

No shower gel in the rooms (offered tiny soap bars instead)

Ongoing construction quite annoying in the morning.

Pros:

Breakfast was average. More attention could be spent on food quality and presentation. During winter the option of a hot porridge would be a great touch.

Cons:

The facilities required freshening up. Some of it is outdated and the mattresses are particularly hard.
My room door was obviously tampered with previously, but there has been no evidence of maintenance fixing/ repairing the damage - kind of leaves one feeling insecure.

Reception staff announcing my room number loudly without any discretion. She refused caution and was backed up by 3 star management. I had to check out immediately and use next hotel

Beautiful Hotel, great service, excellent breakfast, but bad guests were intolerable.
Pros:

Breakfast as well as dinner was very good! Good service as well.

Cons:

We had guests across our room who would not stop partying. Only after we complained at around 23h00, the manager came to calm them down.
