My experience was a 4/10
Pros:

That it was close to where my child was admitted

Cons:

The water was cold so I had a cold shower and they didn’t even care to at least explain . They just said it’s because there are not many people booked , which is not a valid reason

Excellent
Pros:

Proximity to Sandton Mediclinic where my son and daughter in law were in the Trauma Unit. Staff made a very challenging time so easy and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Special shout out to Damian, Lesego and Neo

A good stay for a business trip
Pros:

Pleasant staff clean and rooms. The breakfast had a good variety

Cons:

The food was terrible - I had the steak sosatie, chicken, wors pinwheel and pap.
everything was over cooked - waited 1 hour.
I have sleep apnea and there is not a plug close to the bed.
no one had a extension cord - had to go buy one.
