The facility was clean, well situated

Cons:

It was a cold night. No heater was available nor extra blankets. No drinking water was provided in the room, though a kettle and a few things for a cup of tea/coffee were there, there was no water and the kettle was not in working condition. There was no phone available in the room to call to request for any of these things.

The rooms are clean

Cons:

My shower drain was clogged as water didn’t drain quickly, we had to shower in our own puddle.

The chef responsible for the breakfast wasn’t great, he served me an extremely under cooked omelet with runny eggs.

My TV remote wasn’t working, which forced us to watch on phones.

If you need overnight accommodation in the east of Pretoria, this is the ideal hotel.
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with you. I needed overnight accommodation on short notice, and it was ideal. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. It is also ideally situated between the airport—where I frequently need to travel—and Limpopo province, where I live. The free takeaway filter coffee on my way out was a bonus and made me feel spoilt.
