Pros:

It is the second time I book at Town Lodge Menlo Park. The service is excellent, the rooms are spotlessly clean and it is close to Menlyn Mall and Sunbet Arena. I will sleep here everytime I am in Pretoria.

Cons:

The linen is clean and white, it just makes noise, I think it is the starch.

Very good with some room for improvement
Pros:

Convenient for the purpose I was staying there.

Cons:

Parts not cleaned properly- one of the rooms had stained pillowcases as if it had not been changed from the previous visitor.

Walkway carpets were soaked from an unknown source and we had to walk in these - not sure what the plan was as a few towels on the carpet did not help.

An incident with the night duty person at reception was rather unsavoury.
