Listening and doing goes a long way to repeat clients
Pros:

The hotel listened to complaints about noise and installed access doors to the ground floor entrances. This has resulted in guests getting a good night's rest.
I commend the hotel for listening and doing what was required. I had an excellent night's rest which is rare fir the first night away from home.

Cons:

Because, I had a good night's rest and the food was excellent, there is nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Very friendly. Excellent service and very helpful

Cons:

The basin was blocked. Full of water while you try to wash your face and brush your teef!
Not good at all.
Pillows really need attention.
More medium filled Pillows will do. Not everybody can sleep on ekstra soft pillows.
No blankets available and it was very cold.
Otherwise everything was just fine.
