Pros:

I often stay here in between travels due to the close proximity to the airport. Great location.

Cons:

Cleaning staff not considering the guests. Very loud conversations and shouting in the passages, so much so that I had to call reception to report it. It should not be something a guest should report if the staff has been trained to be considerate of guests.

Excellent facilities and lovely staff
Pros:

I arrived at the hotel at 1 am following a disastrous late flight from Cape Town and missed connection. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had tea and coffee making equipment so I had a few hours of good sleep. The next morning the receptionist let another stranded passenger and me use their landline phone for 50 minutes to rebook flights. The buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff were lovely. Access did require a 10-minute drive from and to the airport but these were efficient and the drivers were exemplary.

Wonderful
Pros:

This trip was for my husband and not myself. He does loads off courses for work and he could not stop speaking about how better this hotel has been. He has enjoyed the food, the comfort of the bed and most definitely the staff who has accommodated him by taking him to and from the hotel and to the course building. He definitely said he'll be back.

Cons:

Not that is really was a problem, however if you want to eat at the restaurant go early. The restaurant is busy.
