Superb Front Desk
Pros:

Front Desk Yu Haraga san speaks eloquent English and was very helpful to us being our first time in Fukuoka. She recommended sights to see, places to eat, booked tour bus ( despite us requesting last minute) and even made the extra efforts to walk us herself using the shortest route to Canal city. What a great gem that the hotel has, we will recommend this hotel to friends and families !

Cons:

We booked hotel room too last minute thus got higher rates

방이 깨끗하고 현대식입니다 지하층에 있는 라운지이용은 숙박기간 내에 무제한으로 이용 가능합니다 커피 디저트 조식 저녁에도 출출하면 식사도 가능합니다 저렴한 날 골라서 가시면 최고로 가성비 좋은 호텔 입니다 한번쯤은 가보는걸 추천드려요 가족은 비추 !! 커플 친구들여행이면 추천 !!
투숙중 라운지 식사가 무제한으로 가능하다는게 너무 매력!!!! 디저트 맛있어요

직원분들 모두 외국분이라 일본어 소통이 잘 안됩니다 😂 요즘 인력난으로 호텔도 모두 외국인들 일하시는지라 ..
그리고 라운지 너무 컴컴해서 클럽같아요
시력 1.5 이상인 저도 너무 잘 안보이더라구요 ㅠ 클럽음악만 틀면 술집바 클럽입니다

整體很不錯，房價高，不過服務跟設施品質也很好

1.空間很華麗，整體很有設計感。
2.員工很友善，很貼心。
3.整潔乾淨。
4.空間明亮。

1.房價偏高，不過服務跟空間都很理想。
2.有提供免費餐點，不過很快就會被拿光，也是會補，不過會缺。
3.房間內的設計就比較普通，沒有公共空間這麼厲害。

不満があってもベストホテル
Pros:

スタッフのホスピタリティと建物デザインの美しさと清潔感

Cons:

キングルーム（401）のシャワーの温度調整（お湯になかなかならない）、特にチェックインすぐと翌朝のタイミングでお湯になるのに時間がかかった。
他はなにひとつ不満がないので、残念。
