This hotel exceeded my expectations by far.
The whole design from entrance to room is so cool. Room has everything you need and even a little box of delicious chocolates.
I knew breakfast was included but there are delicious snacks throughout the day all included.

Sauberes, modernes Hotel mit schönem Zimmer und bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Objektiv gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wohlgefühlt haben wir uns aber nicht so recht, was in erster Linie am fehlenden Tageslicht und der Atmosphäre im Frühstücks-/Speiseraum lag. Das ist natürlich rein subjektiv, so dass wir niemandem abraten würden, dieses Hotel zu buchen.
Das kostenlose Buffet hat uns nicht so angesprochen, ist aber trotzdem nett, wenn man kostenlos satt werden möchte oder zwischendurch mal hungrig ist.

スタッフの丁寧な対応と建物の美しさと清潔感
朝食は美味しく頂きました。

Cons:

連泊でしたので、オールディダイニングのランチを頂きました。
かなり利用させて頂いていたのですが、突然、メインディッシュが有料になっていました。
イルパラッツォの魅力のひとつが美味しい食事をいつでもフリーで頂けるところでしたので、がっかりです。
