Very recommended
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Excellent coffee.
The complimentary lounge was a real treat.
The room was comfortable, clean, modern and very spacious.
The staff was very kind and helpful
Great hotel

Cons:

instructions on the operation of the room appliances (for example the kettle) will be beneficial.
It will be good if the staff will have some recommendations on good restaurants in the area

Quite a trendy place with a very, very good breakfast I would recommend it and go again.

A quirky luxury in the heart of fun Fukuoka.
Pros:

In the heart of the fun district in Fukuoka, Il Palazzo offers an extremely modern environment with something that is rare in Japan: space.
We chose a room with balcony on floor 2, and we never had so high ceilings ever in a hotel room. The balcony was very spacious, too.
Everything is new and squeaky clean.
They are aiming for a top experience, and it shows.

Cons:

The logistics are a bit bizarre, almost like in a David Lynch's movie.
One needs to go to the underground floor to check-in, in a windowless space.
This is also where breakfast takes place. Being deprived of sunlight first in the morning while eating doesn't help you wake up or recover from jet lag, believe me.

Comfy, posh, in the heart of Fukuoka!
Pros:

Very cool modern artistic vibes. Super comfy rooms with high ceilings. Tub big enough for 2. Lovely staff and well equipped lounge and breakfast.

Cons:

Nothin really. Could use more than one bath salt pack for the big bath but other than that it was great.

何処に行くにも利便性高い！
Pros:

部屋は清潔で広く、ベッドが高すぎた以外は使いやすかった。
朝食は種類もあり、また野菜や果物も豊富で良かった。
駅からは少しあるものの中心部にはあり、どこに行くのも便利（徒歩でも、バス・電車でも）。

Cons:

・建物全体として窓が少なく、エントランスからして閉鎖的な印象。
・浴室が独立していたのは良かったのだが、バスタブが大き過ぎて、その分洗い場が狭く日本人にとっては、非常に使いにくかった。

We would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We thought this was a clean, modern facility with a great breakfast. It was easy to access transportation, and it was also central to walk to many attractions. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Near a river, but no views of nature from our room.

Very Comfortable
Pros:

Bedding very comfortable; room super clean. Excellent breakfast; kitchen and staff were very helpful with special requests. Large variety of food. Smart TVs are great. I wish all hotels had them.

Cons:

Room layout was awkward. A traditional bathroom so you don't enter the room directly into the bathroom area would be more comfortable and would give the room more usable space.
