Cons:

There were a lot of kids running around the halls late in the evening. Being on the bottom floor by the pool you can imagine how loud it was. It didn't las long and didn't prevent me from sleeping, but it was loud

Lived up to the excellent reviews.
Pros:

Steven (breakfast) and Malea (reception) provided exceptional service. They were incredibly accommodating clearly prioritizing the guest's comfort. All of the staff were welcoming. The Inn was clean and well maintained. While gentle wear was evident, the patina was pleasant rather than detracting from the atmosphere. The fireplace in the common room was wonderfully warm with the sudden cold snap. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The laundry room was reasonably priced if incredibly tiny.

Cons:

Not much! Yet, due to the cold weather staff kept the fire blazing in the fireplace all night. The heat rose to the second floor and kept it quite warm. By 3 am my husband felt like a volcano so we had to run the AC in the room a little. No biggie, just a circumstance of the storm. If a person is prone to overheating perhaps request a room on the first or third floor (not exposed to lower level heat variations) in the winter.

Cons:

Always good except this last time house cleaning lady on diff floor was not very friendly when I tried to ask her for towels in our room we had same times for 3 nights.

Pay it forward no matter who u are
Pros:

I liked that the pool is 24 hours so that the people without kids or our kids are older time to relax without being splashed

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the pool room was out of towels when I went there a number of times also the man working the breakfast bar seemed to be very rude, not baligerant rude but passive aggressive like he was better than me and that's coming from a person that considers everyone an equal no matter the stature in this world

Pros:

Easy to find , nice property

Cons:

There was a glitch in the booking and it was a day off. I went to check in , I was charged for a stay that was not booked correctly, "no show" I was offered a room at same price of mis booking , but I was discouraged by the error , and decided to go back home instead of staying out of town.

A gem
Pros:

The gal at the front desk was wonderful. Kind, helpful and efficient.
Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean.
Breakfast had a lot of choices.

Great property, very comfortable.
Pros:

Easy access to main road, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also appreciated staff for holding a medical knee brace my wife inadvertently left behind when we checked out.
