Nice clean

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The location and room were perfect.
Closeness to Grand Traverse Resort
The hit tub was closed. The water was drained as it was being repaired. The hot tub was filthy looking with dark stains. The pool was open but the water was very cloudy. Nobody was using it.

Very loud. Gap in the door. Other guests were slamming doors until 2am. Road noise. Barely got any sleep
Love the view of the lake and it was in a quieter location than right downtown, but still close. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The only thing we didn’t love was the “bacon”. We also liked the trail behind the parking lot and took our dogs for walks on the path.
There was a fake nail that was on the carpet when we walked in so we questioned if the carpet had been vacuumed. Other than that everything else appeared clean and was stocked.

Pool was cold even with hot tub being closed I booked this hotel for the 24 hour pool for the kids an sadly was so cold we barely swam an hot tub was closed the bathroom doors on the rooms are sliding an ours didn’t lock thank god we were there with family so we made due
Welcoming and accomodating staff, cleanliness of facilities, easy to locate, a gorgeous lake view in the morning
The butter was a little frozen at the breakfast buffet - only a small quibble
Mandy the front desk lady was exceptionally nice. She helped us out and apologized several times because the pool and hot tub were closed. A pipe broke and they had to fix it. Understandable things break. She was the nicest lady.
Nothing everything was perfect.
Breakfast was excellent, with many options. Staff did very well keeping food dishes filled. He was cleaning constantly. The room looked as nice walking in as walking out.

The staff at the front desk was amazing.. and breakfast went a little extra so I didn't have to worry about being super quick in the morning
