Value-Cost not good at alll
Pros:

Room size was good but the bed and pillows were too soft

Cons:

The hotel did not respect my Booking,com reservation so I had to re-book when I arrived and lost my free breakfast benefit

There is a phone in the room, but it was disconnected... I did all the effort of moving night table and connecting but it did not work so room service was not an option and I had to go the restaurant myself and find out most of what I wanted for dinner was not available

There is a pool, but it is cold all year cause "is not really that kind of hotel, is more of a business hotel"

It's not that close to tourist attractions

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, la limpieza de la habitación, la atención del personal en la recepción (aclararon dudas) y el servicio en el restaurante.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado la alberca climatizada, para poder estar un rato en ella. A veces que se llena el estacionamiento cuando hay evento y tenemos que estar buscando donde estacionar el auto.

EL BUFET ESTÁ BUENO, COMÚN A OTROS HOTELES, ME PARECIO PASADO DE COSTO. TIENE MUY BUENAA VISTAS.

LLEGAMOS TEMPRANO, NO ERA EL CHECK IN, LO ENTIENDO, PERO DEBERÍAN OFRECER ALTERNATIVAS DE REGADERA PARA PODER ASEARSE Y ACUDIR COMODO A LO QUE UNO TRENGA QUE HACER. EN LA RECEPCIÓN EL DÍA QUE LLEGUE PEDÍ CANCELAR UNA NOCHE DE HOTAL, PERO COMO LO HICE POR PLATAFORMA, ME DIJERON QUE TENÍA QUE HACERLO YO POR MI CUENTA QUE ELLOS NO ME PODÍAN AYUDAR, ME PARECE MAL, YA QUE AUNQUE SEA POR PLATAFORMA EL QUE COBRA AL FINAL ES EL HOTEL.

EXCELENTE OPCIÓN BUENA CALIDAD - PRECIO
Pros:

Habitaciones espaciosas, camas muy cómodas, el restaurante del hotel es muy bueno, el personal es muy amable en general, la limpieza del hotel es muy buena

Cons:

Se me desconfiguraron un par de veces las tarjetas de llaves electrónicas para abrir la puerta del cuarto, pero en recepción las reconfiguran rápidamente
