Regular, es lamentable que sea un buen hotel y los recepcionistas sean pesimos

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y las instlaciones en general son buenas y muy limpias.

Cons:

El personal de recepción al momento de hacer el check in fueron muy groseros al pedir informacióin extra sobre mi personas y mi acompañante, su aviso de privacidad no existe y lo que segun ellos es su aviso de privacidad no garantiza la protección de información, nunca pudieron justificarme el motivo de necesitar los datos completos de mi pareja, ademas de ilegal la petición fue muy irrespetuosa, y me amenazaron con condicionar mi estancia si no proporcionaba la información.
