la alberca, pero no hay muchos camastros, había una familia grande y no alcance

me metí a la alberca, había una familia grande en el área, había un chico atendiéndolos y le pedí una toalla, me dijo que no, que yo debía ir, si fue error mío meterme sin antes tenerla, pero al ver que si era posible que el me la llevara, dije ah ok o sea fue no querer llevarla
o sea mal servicio del chico, a lo que me refiero si no le gusta su trabajo que hace ahí, porque su contestación fue pésima, al igual de la recepción, ya que iba con otros compañeros que solo alcanzaron una noche, preguntamos si podían quedarse con la habitación que yo dejaba y su contestación de una chica que ni estaba atendiéndonos fue fuerte y grosera, no, o sea el modo en que atenden y contestan, ah pero había unos güeros delante y muy amables las señoritas

It ain't worth the price anymore.
Pros:

It used to be a decent place. Now it's terrible their bed are infested with bedbugs we could barely sleep, for the price you're paying it should be an optimum experience but it's not. Do not recommend it anymore!

Bedbugs was a bummer, we had been staying here for years. But after that, we won't ever be staying here again.
Pros:

Well equipped and nice looking beds, the pillows and mattresses are exceptional.

Cons:

There were bedbugs, sheets kept us itching all night, such an awful experience.
