Went to complain at front desk when leaving but no one around. Busy elsewhere I’m sure
Pros:

The room was very clean. Pool area was very well maintained . Breakfast was very nice but no orange juice.

Cons:

Television had picture but no sound. Came in the day we were leaving and replaced the black box. Worked then but we were leaving so grandkids weren’t entertained . Out of orange juice at breakfast and no one around to ask for more.

It was good for what I needed
Pros:

Breakfast was kind of bleak. Stay was fine, good for what I needed.

Cons:

Small details but the imperfections make it not feel top notch. Paint marks on walls that are noticeable whether it’s on the ceiling in the bathroom or patches on the wall being covered up

Over priced for the condition of the facility.
Pros:

The woman working with the shoulder length blonde hair and glasses was very friendly.

Cons:

The body wash container in the shower was completely empty. There was a piece missing from the toilet. The carpet was sticky. There were children running up and down the halls until late. Our neighbor finally complained. Staff should have taken care of this immediately. Nobody needed to report it. There is no way staff did not hear this.

It was pleasant ant yhe food was warm and ok.
Pros:

It was clean and excusable for a handicapped person. The one thing i would change is the toilet which is difficult for a handicapped person capped person.

Worth a stay!
Pros:

Room.was big and bed was comfy!

Cons:

One of the workers was kinda rude when I checked in an hour early. Not realizing I was early until that very moment.
And then proceeded to blame my bf for the smoke alarms going off because someone was smoking weed in their room and he went out to investigate and smoke a cigarette outside.

Great stay, Three stars.
Pros:

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Safe location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The shower head needed to be replaced. It was spraying water sideways. Refrigerator freezer needed thawing.
