Great staff. Safe place for bikes. Walking distance to grocery shops. Very comfy beds and sheets.
Being a tall person at reception my room was changed without me asking to the one with the bigger bad.
When flushing the toilet there is a specific noise. But that is understandable with the system the hotel has.

Sunerimę, kad teks keletą naktų gyventi su tokiu foniniu triukšmu, prašėme keisti kambarį, kas buvo patenkinta be papildomų priemokų.
Nepatiko koridoriuose užuodžiamas rūkomos marihuanos kvapas. Viešbutis neturėtų to toleruoti, galimai reikia dūmų detektorių.

We were welcomed by Ellie who was polite and helpful. There was the offer of help to carry bags etc and room service was provided later with lovely food brought tomorrow rooms. Beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was lovely with good choices.
This hotel is a lovely heritage building and is maintained to a high standard. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very nicely presented.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, but the area is very run down and we didn't feel safe walking home. There was an encampment by the side of the road with a number of aggressive, drunk men. That spoiled the experience, because the hotel itself was lovely and the restaurant that we went to was too.
