Bom hotel, mas carece de melhoras pontuais.
Pros:

O ATendimento da equipe vem melhorando significativamente, inclusive a pessoa do atendimento de TAPIOCA no café da manhã tem sido exemplar, atendendo de forma franca e fazendo exatamente o que o hospede a pede. O quarto estava bem limpo. O café da manhã foi melhor servido nessa última semana.

Cons:

O Estacionamento continua sem atendimento norturno, o check-in e o check-out tem sido muito problemáticos seja pela burocracia de tributação do GOV, seja pela forma excessivamente racional ou de pouca empatia, popularmente "cara-chachá".

Tudo, o hotel é completão, limpo e confortável, bares, café da manhã, sauna, piscina, tudo ótimo. O quarto que eu fiquei é espaçoso, confortável, excelente, em Salvador o melhor é este.
