Na recepção do hotel todos atendentes foram solicitos e muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Tive uma péssima experiência no dia 20/03, às 21h45. Nosso check-in foi às 21h30 e, ao perguntar na recepção, me informaram que a cozinha funcionava até às 22h.

Fui ao restaurante, fiz o pedido e a atendente foi verificar na cozinha. A chefe de cozinha, de forma grosseira, reclamou em voz alta que não faria o prato, pois estava tarde. Isso me causou grande constrangimento, pois ouvi tudo no salão.

A atendente, educadamente, me convidou a ir para a área externa, justamente porque a chefe continuava reclamando, tentando me poupar do constrangimento.

Apesar do ocorrido, destaco a gentileza dos outros funcionários. Já me hospedei outras vezes no Fiesta, e sei que foi um caso isolado. Ainda assim, considero importante relatar, para que situações como essa não se repitam e a qualidade do atendimento do hotel seja preservada.
